My family and I selected this Funeral Home to furnish the preparations for the viewing & burial of a loved one that recently passed away. We were given specific instructions on what items we could bring to prep our loved one for the viewing. Most of the items were not used and were nowhere to be found. The person to whom the items were entrusted declined to respond on where the items ended up, never returned them nor was the price reduced or any reimbursement offered after the belongings were lost on their property. In addition, the staff has a very condescending, inappropriate, rude disposition towards grieving families when asked for any information or help. They also cut our viewing hours short and rushed us out to the burial, after times were set and payment was made. Our loved one's preparations were not correctly followed as agreed upon. They did not groom her correctly. Furthermore, it took weeks after payments were made for arrangements to be made with the Cemetery. These people showed no sympathy, no professionalism & did not return our belongings to us or give proper explanation. They did not present our loved one to us in the best way possible, not giving us what we paid for. When families try to get answers they shrug them off or basically transfer them to someone else/place blame on another person to avoid resolving the matter. We have yet to see the unused belongings we left in their possession which cost us around $200. It is despicable that a place with their behavior is still in business. Please help.Customer response
