I've been here on two separate occasions. This second time I sat for 6 hours to get medium knotless box braids while they sit around talking s*** and shooting the breeze non-stop. I'm pretty sure my hair is damaged by the amount of heat and rough brushing of my already blown-out hair. The woman was trying to get it bone straight like this was supposed to be a slick ponytail service. These people believe everyone is their Barbie **** to mishandle as they please. When my hair is done and I already paid for my medium knotless braids the woman blunt cut the braids, and not only that, she blunt cuts them lopsided. So I'm left with a set of braids that are cut and look like s*** I SAT FOR 6 HOURS. If I wanted that I would've gone and got a silk press or a perm or wig or sew-in in this hot summer and had them blunt cut my actual hair or weave. Make it make sense. When I asked for a refund they pretended that they see nothing wrong with what they did and I should just come back for them to do it over. Why would I allow them to touch my hair again! I was the last client in the shop so I guess it was supposed to be a free for all on my head when no one is watching.I will never come back to this place. I highly recommend no one ever goes into this shop for any services. They do s***** work, demand payment upfront, and then don't give you want you paid and waited for. They are thieves and this place should be shut down immediately.If I could leave 0 stars I would. There's more to say but this is enough. DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANYTHING.Several weeks later, still no resolution to this matter. The merchant failed to deliver an appropriate response or provide any assistance to what their employees did. They still have my money and threatened to *** me, of all people involved, for reaching out for a refund at the instruction of my bank. The quality of my service was very poor and very blatant which they continued to ignore.

I came in for a closure install. I was seen by Dior. I guess she was distracted or something because she burned me twice in my forehead. I'm Not sure what I'm not sure what their protocol is when they burn someone with a flatiron but covering it up with gel and baby hairs isn't it. I'm so disappointed.
