My family and I sought out assistance within the law firm on 8/8/2019. The consultation fee was $ paid on the day of the appointment (8/8/19) of $50 in cash. An additional $1000 was requested at the end of the consultation so that the lawyers could take on the casethe transaction ID # *********** family and I have attempted to contact the lawyers or paralegals on the case; however, anyone who answered would only take a message. These are a few calls of many attempts: May 2021, June 2021, 1/13/22 @ 1128am, 2/7/22 @1204pm with ******, 5/26/22 @12pm with *******, 9/13/23 @9am. When requesting the case number, it was stated that the paralegal would return my call; however, no one ever called. Contacting myself versus my parent was also requested to ensure the process continued. My parent also confirmed no one from the lawyer's office had contacted her. When asked about requesting a refund, it was said they could not complete the transaction since they had worked on the case. However, no information or steps have been shared. In December 2022 and March 2023, I attempted to call the same number I previously called; however, a continuous ring occurred, and no voicemail was available to leave a message.
