      We are timeshare owners with Exploria resorts, managed by Cerberus. We have attempted to communicate with them about our current situation with no satisfactory steps forward. In addition to numerous attempts to contact Exploria, we have also contacted the ******* ************************ and the ******* *********************** trying to find a solution. We are simply seeking termination of our timeshare contract. Exploria has not been at all helpful. We are retired, living on a fixed income. It has become increasingly difficult to keep up with the annual fees. As we have gotten older we travel less, especially now, in light of COVID19. Our timeshare has become useless to us. We truly enjoyed our timeshare experience however it has become a financial burden we are unable to bear. Our children are not financially able to take on the responsibility of a timeshare. The lack of response from a company that has taken so much of our money is troubling.

      We own a timeshare through Club Exploria, who was acquired by Cerberus Capital Management. We have only used our timeshare one time for a vacation, and we were far from impressed. We have kept up with the ever rising maintenance cost even during a pandemic. We do not currently have debt on the property, so we are struggling to figure out the reason no one will assist us with returning our timeshare back to the resort. We have filed complaints with the ********** of ******** The ************************ in ******* and New York, and will continue to find new avenues to do so until someone is held accountable. We were actually in the middle of rebuttals with Explorias loan recovery program, called evolutions, and then the pandemic hit and was told the program was suspended. They stopped the only program that would assist people through a pandemic and global financial crisis. We have requested that our contract be terminated due to a few deciding factors. The most top rating factor being that we were lied to about so many things. So much crucial information that would have allowed us to make a well-informed decision was left out. We are throwing money away towards something we cannot use. There is absolutely no way to save money for the things we need when we have to continue paying for something we cannot use.The meeting we were invited to attend for the sales presentation lasted a total of 5 hours, and we felt that if we didnt cave, they would never let us leave, and we wouldnt be able to enjoy the rest of our vacation. The one time we have been able to vacation since purchasing, the villa was filthy and unkempt, things were falling apart, and you could just tell that our money was going to waste. We do not want this being passed onto our children with our estate either. Club Exploria continues to send us the same response time and time again, they wont help. Cerberus doesnt even bother to respond to our concerns.

      I filed a complaint against *********** but no response. Looked up and see the parent company.Walked into store on 5/5/22. Saw discount on ribeye steak. Added the coupon on the App. Entered my phone number at checkout, they said discount is not applying. I show them the offer on my phone. Got a manager to override. The manager looked for a while, took out his cell phone and did the math, took ***** minutes to check out.This is not so bad, but it is bad for the 50th time. The digit coupon doesn't work. I was told previously that I have to add the coupon before entering the store since the it is not immediate. I was told I need to change the store location since there are three stores around me. One manager told me that is his job all day long is to override since the App problem is on many customer. The question is why isn't it getting fixed. spending so much time paying employees to do things that can be easily fixed. ****** automatically discounts items at checkout without coupons. The customers time are valuable. That's many hours wasted standing at checkout line, with people behind me getting annoyed. How are you going to give me back my time?
