I am incredibly happy with the ring and diamond my fiancé bought me from Rare Carat! When we were looking at diamonds for our ring, the gemologists at Rate Carat were extremely helpful, pulling recommendations for the budget and characteristics we were looking for. Absolutely top notch perfect customer service. Went back and forth a number of times. Their CEO **** personally took the time to answer all my questions and guide me to select the perfect ring and stone. Other companies can't beat the price point either as they do a price match! My knowledge about diamonds also increased by a lot based on my conversations with the RareCarat team. *** NEVER bought jewelry online before. It took 8 months of shopping around the many sites to find one I hoped I could trust. But the prices and artistic craftsmanship on Rare Carat were too hard to pass up. I saw they had a great reputation and a reasonable return policy so I made my purchase. Im afraid my expectations were low. Even my husband said, you know what happens when it sounds too good to be true! Then, my earrings arrived beautifully protected and delivered right on time. And they are GORGEOUS!! Theyre more beautiful than I imagined and the diamonds sparkle and have fire beyond my expectations! The diamonds are perfectly matched and Im detail-picky. I will never shop for jewelry in an actual store again. I wish I knew this before but they are truly stunning and breathtaking! The discount and value are unmatched!
