Dear ***/*****,I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Studio MD, an aesthetic service provider, for their misleading and inconsistent application of service terms regarding a package I purchased via their official website.1. Purchase and Partial Utilization of Service Package:On September 5, 2023, I bought a service package from Studio MDs official website. Subsequently, I utilized a portion of this package at one of their locations.2. Inconsistency in Service Terms:When I attempted to schedule an appointment at a different Studio MD location to use the remaining credit, I was informed that the credit could only be used at the original location. This condition was neither specified on the website at the time of purchase nor in any communication I received.3. Misalignment with Advertised Policy:Studio MDs website clearly states that online purchases "can be exchanged for services of the same value or used for store credit at any time," without any mention of location-based restrictions. This explicit statement was a significant factor in my decision to purchase the package.4. Request for Resolution:Given the circumstances, I seek a satisfactory resolution whereby I can utilize the remaining credit at any Studio MD location, as implied by their online terms. Alternatively, a full refund for the unused portion of the package would be acceptable.I trust that the Better Business Bureau will consider this complaint seriously and aid in resolving this matter promptly and fairly.Thank you for your attention to this matter. On 06.16.2022 after having 4 sessions of tattoo laser removal at StudioMD Soho, I went to their Brooklyn location for the 5th session. The technician in ************* burned my chest with the laser and also zapped an existing keloid that was near the tattoo. I knew something was wrong with the amount of time the tech took to do the procedure (it's a small tattoo - needs no more than 5 mins but she took almost 20). I contacted StudioMD the next day with pictures when I was able to take the bandage off my chest and saw the LARGE BURN on my chest along with another burn. The way they taped the bandage also led to the tape ripping my skin off since it was so sensitive. *********************************** emailed back saying sorry. I asked for a refund which never materialized. I didn't know what to do about the ***** since it was oozing and painful, near my b****** and it was also about to get very hot (summer). They had me wait weeks to see their technician ***** (not even a doctor) who tried to deny any wrongdoing and blame it on me. Why the h*** would I burn my own chest in multiple places???? The best she could do was give me a bleaching cream to put on once it healed, which took weeks to heal. When you have a laser burn, it can't be exposed to sunlight so I was wearing turtlenecks and high neck shirts the whole summer. Their negligence hindered my work (as a model), my lifestyle and enjoyment of summer since I constantly had to cover up so no tanning and put ointment (which I had to buy myself and no sun exposure). Nobody was going to hire me with visible ***** on my chest. Who wants a big BLACK BURN right above their breasts? It's been 464 days (1 year and 3 months) since the ***** occurred and it's still big and black on my chest. I haven't received any refund for the remaining sessions I had purchased (I didn't trust them to go back to do anything) nor any previously paid sessions. I want my money back for the actual price they charge per session.7 sessions * $129 each. See picsCustomer response

This situation happened on July 2, 2022. I have a small procedure to be done on this day and the doctor didn't done the entire procedure but charge me the entire money and now I'm trying for them to complete what I paid and they are not answering my phone or emails. I paid the amount of $5,500 and it was 2 part and they now they don't want to do it.
