      The pre-owned **** is LESS THAN GENUINE or a bunch of liars who put people in unsafe vehicles I strongly recomend NOT doing buisness with them. They have ***** from pre-owned sales call us back and ANTAGONISE us for 15 minutes calling us liars when we told him what was wrong with the car since day one DO BUISNESS AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!

      Vehicle was Purchased June 2022 an accident appears on Carfax November 2022 5 Months after delivery. client says issue with the 4 wheel drive system as per a ****** Dealership I spoke to client and going to bring the vehicle in to have it checked client is appreciative.Client stating the accident happened prior to delivery Carfax clearly shows accident was post-delivery.

      Mgr, *****************. Asked me to go Long against insurance to get new engine. This is against the law. While doing that *** ******* has had my car for 6 months. A 2019 land rover velar. Nov,24, til 1st week of July 2022. He's been telling me litigation has it holding up time. Then ordering *********** to wait. ******* deliberately made me wait , all the while askn to buy my car frm Me, which I felt was disrespectful 3xs. I brought my car to the dealership, cos I was close to it not cos I wanted to go there. I'd been there to buy parts n wasn't happy w/ service attendants. I was experiencing low pressure in pedal, car wS cutting off, and was making it up hill w/ o cutting off. Whn I received my car 6 months later, I had been giving g a new transmission n had parts repaired to engine, which totaled $17,000+ dollars. During the 1st 6 months advisors inform me its a insurance case cud take up to 3 months. That was Nov, 2021. Round Feb, they reassured me it wasn't my ***************** wud cover everything. Which wasn't a lie but wht didn't sit right w/ me was ***************** asking me to tell the insurance to buy a new engine, after they said No. He told me I was to stand firm n make demands. I right away called him n alarmed the insurance ******* of *** ******* plans. They ask me wht wud I like to do n I said repair the engine parts as per ***************** n make no further payments to them. Once insurance inform ************ of no longer payments, ***************** wrapped up my car n gave it to me 1st week of July, 2022 or late June, 2022. My registration had been suspended n cudnt I insure until I resolved the situation w/ dmv. ( after all car had been at range rover dealer for 6months) I placed my car in garage until I straighten out w/ dmv. It took frm the time I received my car frm range rover til , July 26th 2022, to get the car registered, I took the car our for a few hours n notice they forgot to put the cover on the engine. Then I go to the supermarket park get out the **********

      This is my, unfortunate two year experience with Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan.My Jaguar was at Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan for a check engine warning light.At that time, I agreed and paid for a diagnostic test. As a result, I was told that there were no codes indicating any major engine or vehicle issues.After talking with the Service Advisor ****** ****, I agreed to have their service department further look into what was causing a check engine warning light.Ultimately, two years later, when I finally got my car back from Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan, my car was returned to me in worse conditions.Examples of how my car was delivered unfixed and with damages are, but are not limited to a major oil leak and a rattling front suspension.My car was delivered to me with obvious signs of abuse. From a bent licensed plate and body damage to a wrong battery installation and electrical issues, to engine and suspension noises, my car and I had suffered tremendously.I paid for repairs but my vehicle was delivered by to me unsafe to drive. I have to now pay for transportation and car service to travel.My vehicle was delivered to me damaged. Jaguar of Manhattan returned my car to me with a major oil leak, hard idle and a stalled engine that shuts off the car and not before displaying a check engine light.Moreover, my car was delivered to me with a permanent check battery warning light.Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan installed the wrong type of battery into my vehicle. Subsequently, my electrical components are faulty because of this.I had no idea that Jaguar of Manhattan decided to install into my car, a newer model battery not designed for my vehicle.When I inquired about the battery warning light. ************************* and General Manager ******** told me that batteries for my vehicle (2011) were out of circulation and a discontinued item.When I contacted another Jaguar facility, I was informed that the battery for my car was not discontinued and t

      **************** first visited us on 8/17/2020, he brought his 2011 Jaguar XF with ******* miles that has been involved in two accidents for a check engine light. ****** was the advisor who first met with **************** and took in his concerns with the check engine light being on. A master technician looked at the vehicle, connected the vehicle to our manufacturer Diagnostic tool, which came up with a DTC code of P0172, P0175. P0172 and p0175. We found that **************** brought his vehicle in with aftermarket reusable air filters contaminated, the air sensors and the intake were full of oil. We recommended to first CLEAN TO REMOVE EXCESSIVE OIL, and then determine if anything else was needed to be repaired. **************** declined any and all of the work to be done. As one may be aware, declining the repair will most likely cause additional damages to the vehicle when the vehicle continues to be driven. On 10/19/2020, **************** came in for the check engine light to be fixed. At that time the technician replaced the air filter with an OEM filter and performed an intake injector cleaning service, clear fault codes and reset-adaptations then road tested the vehicle. Vehicle passed all monitors. On 11/23/2020 **************** stated that vehicle was making noises while driving. The technician found that the noise was coming from the rear toe link suspension and the vehicle needed to be aligned for proper drivability. Client declined the work. On 2/11/2021 customer stated the vehicle stalled while driving. (During this time **************** was seldomly responding to calls or texts from ******). Technician performed battery test, battery failed load test. ************* has an open circle. The air inlet to the throttle body also needed to be done, and the starter needed to be replaced. **************** approved the work. All work was done, vehicle became operation. After all the work was done, the client became unresponsive again. For the entire time of our dealings with ****************, **************** drove a courtesy loaner vehicle, he was driving a 2021 version of his vehicle, putting over 6 thousand miles on our courtesy car. On November 30th 2021, we explained to Mr. ******* that we could no longer provide him with a courtesy loaner vehicle. **************** was also advised about storage fees, which he ignored. At the end, **************** again ignored all calls from management and ******. Eventually ****** was able to get in touch with ****************, he agreed to pay for his open invoice. There were some additional concerns with the payment method, **************** was not able to pay it took two weeks to be processed. **************** mentioned that he needed to move some funds and contact the bank, After all payments were adjusted, **************** continued to keep our loaner without our permission, knowingly the loaner legal contract had expired on 11/30/21. **************** remained unresponsive until the vehicle was reported stolen to the ***** At that point, **************** still kept the vehicle until the police force put a boot on the vehicle. **************** from that point on became extremely responsive. At this point he automatically knew how to get in touch with the entire team, including all management staff. Our driver went to meet with **************** to deliver his 2011 XF and collect the key to our loaner vehicle. **************** got into his vehicle, drove off without giving us the key to the vehicle. Both drivers request the key to the loaner vehicle, **************** yelled to both drivers that the vehicle is now your problem, he took off and never gave us the key to the courtesy loaner vehicle. **************** cost us ****** for the boot plus 695 for the key replacement.       Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan accounts of events that occurred for the duration of two years 2020-2022 are misleading, not accurate and unreliable. My accounts are from correspondence between Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan personnel and myself over a duration of two years 2020-2020 of text messages, calls, voicemails, photos, videos, audios, tickets receipts. For almost two years, Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan ***, had my 2011 Jaguar XF, for the ENTIRE time between October 2020 thru March 2022 because of Mechanic Misdiagnosis. I brought my 2011 Jaguar XF with all features working. Cosmetically and engine wise, my car was in very good working condition, well enough for me to had made this recent purchase of my car. I took my Jaguar to *** for a diagnostic test and to get my newly purchased, pre-owned vehicle assessed and confirmed by a professionally trained Jaguar technician. *** concluded no serious issues and that my car was in good working condition. While *** had my car for two straight, Jaguars master technician performed extensive Intake cleaning to remove excessive oil from Intake to remedy the check engine light issue. However, my car was driven and delivered to me with a major oil leak and more damages. My 2011 Jagaur XF has been misdiagnosed several times for the two years, while at Jaguar Manhattan. My car was delivered to me, never repaired and with more damages. *** had my Jaguar for two years straightbecause of a mechanic misdiagnosis. *** has not given me a complete series of written estimates that disclosed , ***'s estimates and actual costs of repairs, needed and determined by ***; that I, requested and authorized, unnecessary suspension work. NYPD never booted Loaner# 3 for being reported stolen, unlike Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan false BBB comment. The loaner vehicles were booted both times for outstanding unpaid city violations on their vehicle registration. **************** Marshall1/24/2022 Case# **SSN**.**************** ******** 3/1/2022 Case# **SSN**. This boot occurred on the day, *** delivery drove my car to me with all repairs faulty, other damages and a major oil leak. Here are the detailed facts and timeline from 2020-2022 that involved *** and myself. The facts are as followed:Late August 2020, I noticed a check engine flashed on my dash. I was suggested by a family member to take my Jaguar to Jaguar. August 18, 2020, I took my car into Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan for a diagnostic test. The diagnostic test was supposed to take 1 hour. *** had my vehicle for weeks to perform the test and get back to me. It was well into September when I got my car back from Jaguar. The I went *** to get my car, I was told by Service Advisor Jairon Then, that there were not any major engine codes causing the issue, so the repair work and cost wouldnt be major. He also stated, that there were (3) Diagnostic Trouble Codes DTC codes and since they were just service codes, no worries, Jaguar could fix the problem causing the engine check light. I told him I would return to *** for ****************** to clear codes and to remedy the check engine light.****** that time of the Covid pandemic, I stayed home mostly grieving the death of my mother but I took that time to research *** diagnosis.** October 15, 2020, although my car check engine light did not come back on, I did return to *** in mid-October to have *** perform ****************** repairs to correct the service codes and check engine light issue. My Jaguar was brought back *** under the same condition from my previous visit. I had explained to Jairon that I rarely drove my car.I paid for another diagnostic test. The results recalled the same report with service codes P0106-00, P0174-00 and P0172-00. There were a number of (3) DTC codes, not (2), as mentioned in *** post to my Better Business Bureau BBB complaint. *** stated my car had aftermarket reusable air filters contaminated, the air sensors and intake were full of oil. *** recommended clean to remove excessive oil. Jaguar performed the repairs and did extensive work to my vehicle Intake. I was called for my car a month later on November 2, 2020.However, after leaving *** repair shop, while exiting the highway, very dangerously, my car locked; brakes and steering wheel. The check warning light stayed on. I immediately, contacted Jairon. I had to wait for another month for Jairon to call me back with a repair date. November 13, 2020, Jairon arranged for a swap of my vehicle and for *** Loaner # 1, as a courtesy because *** could not meet their promised date for repairs. Driver delivered the Loaner# 1 and drove away in my car. Via text Jairon asked me not to go over 10k miles. I dont know if he knew that the repairs would take the two years the repairs took but I barely drove the loaner over the years, only putting less than 6k miles. ****** this time, my communication to Jairon was unsuccessful. Jairon finally responded back the following year, via text. January 22, 2021, Jairon asked me what was wrong with my car. I explained again that my check engine light stayed on after repairs, heavy engine noise and car shuts off while driving. February 5, 2021, I received a voicemail that my car was ready. I called Jairon to no avail. I texted Jairon that I have not heard from him. Jairon texted back that he was sorry and texted my car was ready. Performed throttle body extensive cleaning and stated that after extensive driving vehicle tested and driving well.Jairon also stated, according to master technician, not a failure part in the vehicle just rich and carbon. Lastly, Jairon stated that, Think the loaner ConTrac expires could we do a swap into another loaner. February 8, 2021, My car was supposed to be delivered but my car become disabled and was returned back Jaguar Land Rover. As told to me via call by the delivery driver, who canceled the delivery. My car was returned to Jaguar. February 10, 2021, Loaner#1 was swapped for Loaner#2 with an expired registration. In the days ahead, I made several attempts via call to Jairon however again he was away dealing with customers. Jarion said to pay for registration, save the receipt and *** would reimburse later. My car was delivered but had to returned back to Jaguar again because of faulty repairs. Although, I already paid for the repairs that promised to correct my check engine light, the engine light was still on. Moreover, my car had the same heavy engine noise, stalled acceleration and shut off while test drive around the block.When I asked the driver about the drove to my address, the Driver stated that my car had shut off on his way to me. When I inquired further the Driver stated that he was he only the delivery driver and did not know the history of car of my car.I reached out to Jairon several times but was unsuccessful. March 4, 2021, I texted Jairon that I had not heard from him that I trust that my car was being taken cared of. I also inquired about the expired registration. Jairon did not respond. March 8, 2021, (my birthday) after stopping home briefly, I realized that the Loaner #2 was not in the parking space where it was last parked.I texted Jairon and left messages. Jairon had trouble locating the Loaner #2. I was unable to further text, our communication ended when Jairon placed my calls to him on App auto reply. March 8, 2021, Later we found that Loaner# 2 was impounded by **************** ******** because of *** outstanding ticket violations. I texted Jairon that I had some belongings in the vehicle. ********************* texted that *********, the coordinator could not get the loaner because there was an issue with loaner, so *** was sending Loaner# 3. I made several calls to Jairon about my vehicle repairs plus my belongings from the impounded loaner. March 31, 2021, Jairon texted me a month later that the Loaner #2 was back from impound but said nothing about my belongings.Jairon texted me that the technician stated that my car now needed a new starter and was the reason why my car was having those issues. Jairon stated that the price for a new starter was $**** plus tax. Again, using the same number to text Jairon he was not available. Jairon had given me many excuses for his missed communication also explained that *** was short of staff since Covid, supplies on back order as well as busy tending to other customers.Many times I had called and had to leave a messages, receptionist explained that Jairon was tending to other customers. When I spoke to Jairon I explained to him that I did not understand why Jaguar Land Rover starter cost was over $1200 more than other Jaguar locations as well as other competitors. April 3, 2021, I texted Jairon that I wanted my car fixed and that I would call him later in the day. Jairon texted back praying hands image. April 8, 2021, Jairon texted that the starter is malfunction and would cause drivability issues. He texted that unfortunately Jaguar Land Rover prices are approved by *** directly. Please advise if I wanted to proceed with the repair. The Loaner# 3 expires tomorrow. I texted Jairon to send me the invoice of the work. I responded back several times but Jairon again placed my calls on App auto reply, which ended our communication and he did not respond back. Jairon made me feel like Jaguar was taking an advantage of me. I felt I had no choice but to agree to *** overpriced repair cost because my car was already misdiagnosed the first time, and now, disassembled and in between repairs. April 12, 2021, Jairon left a message for me to him call back. I followed with a visit to *** had a conversation with Jairon about cost for repairs to be adjusted to reflect a credit from previous repair cost. I also inquired about my missing belongings, Jairon said that *********, the coordinator was not in and that he would have her contact me. Jairon explained the price and need for a new starter to finally fix the check engine light issue.Not really believing that the starter was the issue, I asked Jairon to leave my old parts in my trunk. I agreed to the work. I also asked for the invoice. He asked he could he send it to me via email. I did not receive the receipt for this repair work until a year later on March 9, 2022. April 29, 2021, I sent Jairon a text message about being over charged and that after I paid Jaguar to fix my car the first timely car was in worse condition. Now, my car check engine warning light stayed on, heavy engine noise, car stalls and shuts off while driving because of a mechanic misdiagnosis. I again made several attempts to reach Jairon. I left messages to reiterate that I wanted the work to be done. Jairon was not available until a month later. May 5, 2021, Jairon texted that prices are presented based on dealers location. Also if work was not going to be done that the Loaner# 3 needed to be in by Friday. ,June 3, 2021, Jairon apologized for the delay that they were extremely under staffed and its taking him time to circle back to certain clients. He explained again that the starter is **** +tax Minus a $500 credit, as per, April 29th, text the cost of previous repairs applied to balance. He also said that after he spoke to the coordinator again she would be contacting me soon. Jairon texted that he needed to get my car rolling in service. June 29, 2021, Jairon texted that my car was finally ready. My car was delivered again for the third time for the same repair issue. I texted back and asked Jairon to please make sure that repairs were actually done as well as the rear camera. I let him know that his ********* never got back to me about my missing items. Again my car was delivered with check engine on. ** a test drive my car stalled a few times. The car was sent back and the delivery person drove my car back to ***. Jairon was not available by phone, I did not hear from Jairon until October 6, 2021. October 6, 2021, Jairon stated my car was ready. He said unfortunately *** was not responsible for items let in the loaner as per loaner contract. I explained to Jairon that I was never given a contract to sign a loaner. I informed him that my items were not left in the car, that Loaner# 2 was impounded while I was parked in between unloading the vehicle.He stated I had accumulated tickets on the loaner. I paid for my parking tickets on the loaner. October 7, 2021, I texted Jairon that I was available for the swap any time of the day. Jairon did not respond back until the following week. October 11 & 12, 2021 Jairon texted that he was just seeing my text messages. He asked was I available today or tomorrow? I texted him the repairs that needed to be fixed and for him to please make of the repairs as followed: Car stalled and shut off while driving, hard vibration and engine noise, check engine light and the rear camera that was brought back not working. Jairon texted back, Thanks for reaching out. I cant chat at the moment but Ill text you back as soon as I can. Thanks. Sorry we are understaffed.I texted that we could swap vehicles today. Jarion texted that cant swap vehicles today, it would have to tomorrow before 2PM.I texted and I agreed with the time. Jarion stated that my car was checked several times, the car was good and that the coordinator would. I had asked him to email me the repair invoice. Jarion placed my text to him on App auto-reply and I was not able to get through. Jarion texted later that day and stated that the technician checked all and everythings working. We need to do the swap. The Manager will call to discuss lost items.I left several messages via voicemail and text messages but Jarion placed my text to him on App auto-reply and I was not able to get through. My car was not delivered and the swap did not get made. I never heard back from *********, the coordinator. Service Advisor Jairon did not reach back until a month later. November 5, 202, Jairon texted that we needed to swap cars today. Jairon texted me well into that Friday. I informed Jairon that unfortunately I was not home. Jairon texted back, Thanks for reaching but he could not chat at the moment but I will text you back as soon as I can. We agreed to a Monday swap.He texted back, I cant chat at the moment but Ill text you back as soon as I can. Thanks. Sorry we are understaffed.I told him that I was ready to swap vehicles and that I had the loaner cleaned and gassed. He said it couldnt be done today he texted, Thanks for reaching out.Later that day Jairon texted me and asked to change swap to Wednesday. November 8, 2021, Jarion texted to arrange swap time and stated the coordinator will call me later to collect payment. I texted Jairon that I will be able at 4pm. Jairon texted back, I cant chat at the moment but Ill text you back as soon as I can. He said we could not swap today how about tomorrow? We agreed for Wednesday. November 10, 2021, I texted Jairon that I was going to the bank so I could pay for repairs and to do the vehicle swap. *** charged my card. At the end of the business day, I was told by *** that payment was declined. I contacted the bank and had remove the fraud alert.Jarion texted back, I cant chat at the moment but Ill text you back as soon as I can. Thanks. I did not hear from on Jairon or Jaguar until a week later when I called and texted about my car and the swap. I spoke to receptionist Nyelle, who stated the payment needed to be processed again.I received another fraud protection when *** processed my payment the second time. I contacted the bank to clear the payment. I reached out to Jairon to arrange a swap date however he was unavailable.November 17, 2021, Jairon texted back, Thanks for reaching out. I cant chat at the moment but Ill text you back as soon as I can. Thanks. After I received that text I called ***. The receptionist said that she would rely the message to Jairon. I let *** know payment is available, fraud protection lifted and gave my payment information to receptionist Nyelle. I contacted *** and left several messages for Jairon since he was not responding to my text messages. They said they would have Jairon call me. ** December 10, 2021, finally Jairon returned my messages and texted me that we needed to do the car swap. I texted back for him to please go over my vehicle and check for concerns before the car swap and car delivery.We agreed for Tuesday, December 14, 2021. Again my car was delivered to my address and delivered to me with everything wrong. By that time the car noise was louder, the car vibration was heavier, the check engine light illuminated as well as the check engine light that stayed on, the rear camera was not working and the car reeked of burning oil, the wheel alignment was way off, the front end rattled and the car felt like all tires were moving independently in different directions and the signal switch was faulty. The driver called Jaguar explained the faulty repairs and *** driver drove my car back. January 24, 2021, Loaner #3 was booted by **************** ******** for outstanding parking violations. I paid for the boot removal. Discovered later that none of the parking tickets were mine. Jairon Informed to provided receipts and *** would reimburse me.**************** Marshall1/24/2022 Case# **SSN**.** February 17, 2022, Jairon and I had a discussion about my cars current condition as a result of Jagaur mistaken repairs despite that I paid to have my car fixed. We also spoke about arranging a car swap.Jairon ignored my concerns. I had asked to speak to whoever was the new manager. ** February 17, 2022, a *** newest manager, Marcello left me a voicemail. Marcello stated that Jairon told him that I had a loaner car without their consent. Marcello stated, Loaner# 3 was reported stolen, that he was unaware that I had this car and to please call him back as to why I have the car. Marcello left his direct number. Service Advisor Jairon and Manager Marcello, both were unavailable so, I left voice messages. I called to leave Manager Marcello a message, that I was given loaners for two years now because of ***s mechanic misdiagnosis. I followed up with text messaging to Marcello and to Jairon about arranging a car swap. I also mentioned matters of getting my car fixed as paid for, my reimbursement check as promised and my unreturned/stolen items that was in Loaner# 2, that was city impounded because Jaguars outstanding parking violations. With all of my property damages, e.g., tires, wheel alignment, brakes, rotors, tie rods, rear toe links, Intake/oil leak, battery, electrical repair, electrical/heated seat repair, direction switch, rear camera all are damaged as to Jagaurs faulty mistaken repairs and neglect. So humbly, I asked, if we come up others options to settle the issue. ** February 23, 2022, I left Marcello a voicemail and text message. Marcello did not reply.** February 23, 2022, I texted Marcello again about my car situation and asked if he could personally check my vehicle because of the many mistaken repairs and said damages. Marcello did not reply.** February 23, 2022, later on this day, Marcello and I had finally made contact via call. Marcello said he would personally get with the tech who worked on my car and go over the repairs.** February 24, 2022, I texted Jairon about my car and the swap. Jarion did not respond. I reached out to Jarion and Marcello, both were unresponsive to my communication. ** March 1, 2022, Loaner #3 was booted by **************** ******** for outstanding city parking violations. None of the tickets were not mine. **************** ******** 3/1/2022 Case# **SSN**.** March 1, 2022, I did not get a response when I texted Jairon, if the car swap could be done today; Jairon placed my text to him on App auto reply, which ended our communication and he did not respond back. Marcello and Jairon did not return my correspondence. I contacted *** and an arrangement for the car swap was eventually scheduled for later that day.By this time City Marshalls booted *** Loaner #3, for outstanding tickets. (I called 311 to confirm tickets were not mine.) *** delivery driver drove car to my address. The car swap was made right next to ***s booted parked loaner vehicle. I handed over *** loaner key to the driver, who was accompanied by another male employee and as usual, *** handed my key. I looked over my vehicle and I noticed some apparent damage to the front license plate , that was bent, as well as, some new scratches and dents to the front and rear bumper. Not liking what I seen, I recorded the conversation I had with the driver, as to the damages to my car. I asked the *** delivery driver if my car had gas in it? The driver stated my vehicle had no gas in it. I also asked the driver did my car shut off during his travel to my address? The driver stated that my car did shut off and he had to get it jumped to get it started. The driver also stated that the battery was dead. The delivery driver was on the phone with Manager Marcello. The driver told Marcello that car had ******** boot and sticker on the loaner for parking tickets and Marcello, who could be heard over the phone; ordered his driver NOT to give me my key because the loaner was booted for parking tickets. I told the driver that the boot and parking tickets were not my responsibility. I got into my vehicle and the drivers sat in the loaner car. When I got into my car I first noticed the BIG RED BATTERY ICON on the dash that occupied the entire screen. The battery warning stayed on. The *** and DSC lights illuminated. The front seats and steering wheel did not work and heat up, the driving options did not work or switch. The all vehicle lights illuminated low. ** March 2, 2022, after the swap was done and I got my car back completely damaged, Service Advisor Jairon and Manager Marcello both blocked my calls and text messaging. March 5, 2022, I made a visit to ***. I presented all request paid ticket receipts via email to Service Manager **** I asked *** about the unrecommended battery that was installed in my car. Service Manager *** stated it was ok to have the unrecommended battery in car. He also stated that the battery in my car was installed because the battery for my car was a discontinued item. (Service Manager ***s statement was not true. I called other Jaguar locations who had batteries for a 2011 Jaguar XF in stock and said they were never discontinued.)Manager Marcello made copies of my receipts and promised, within ten days a reimbursement check mailed to me and two days, to get my past receipts by email. Both promised dates passed without me receiving the work orders and/or reimbursement check.I have communicated to all levels of management, via in person, call, text, voice and email of my dissatisfaction to the faulty repairs and experiences. However, this my first time that received correspondence from General Manager ***********************.Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan is capable of fixing my unfortunate matters with the 100% customer satisfaction, Jaguar promised to give to every customer. As a paid valued customer, I am appealing to Jaguar ****************** to resolve my issue as promised. After getting my car back from Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan, my car had a complete loss of power when accelerated and was shutting off. Although *** provided me a courtesy vehicle my car, my car was never fixed, moreover my Jaguar returned my car to me with more damages.****** the time 2020-2022, unannounced to me, there were over 700 additional unauthorized miles added to my vehicle odometer. ** Invoice #**** dated, October 15, 2020, my vehicle had ******* miles. ** February 5, 2021, Jairon texted me that my vehicle was ready. Performed a full throttle body and extensive cleaning. Jairon also stated, technician said no failure part in vehicle just rich in carbon and after extensive driving vehicle tested and driving fine. Consequently, on Repair Order #****, April 21, 2021, my vehicle mileage was at *******. The heated front seats feature and steering wheel did not work. The drivers seat mechanism did not work instead of moving front to back, the seat only swiveled left to right.*** had my Jaguar for two years straight because of mechanic misdiagnosis. My 2011 Jagaur XF has been misdiagnosed several times and each time, my car was delivered to me, never repaired and with more damage. *** has not given me a complete, series of written estimates that disclosed to me, ***'s estimates and actual costs of repairs, needed and determined by ***, that I requested and authorized, unnecessary suspension work. Despite ***s unauthorized and unnecessary suspension repair, my car and steering pulls when accelerated, the wheel alignment is way off and the front end rattles and knocks, the direction switch is flawed, the wipers sprays low, the headlights lights and all vehicle lights are illuminating dimly. When I took my Jaguar to Jaguar in 2020 all these features was working.My car became inoperable because of a mechanic misdiagnosis by made Jagaur Land Rover (***). *** diagnostic test reported intake had excessive oil and recommended the intake be cleaned first. My concern was always to the engine check light, whereafter *** repairs, my car had a heavy noise and vibration coming from the engine. Without my expressed authorization I paid so much money into repairs on unnecessary work to Tie Rods, Rear Toe Links, Battery, Wheel Alignment, and Switch Direction, when in fact, I was at Jaguar for a check engine light. Several times, Jaguars technician misdiagnosed the cause of problem effecting the car and engine parts.Jagaur Land Rover installed a battery not recommended for my vehicle caused malfunction to all vehicle electrical and mechanical performance. After several mistaken diagnosis and faulty repairs Jaguar stated that a new starter would finally fix the engine check light issue. Starter was installed but the check engine light is still on.Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan has failed to fulfill my request to return all of my replaced car parts. I had asked Jairon to have all my replacement parts available. Jaguar never gave me my old parts as requested.There are damages that occurs when a vehicle is parked and not driven over time.There were no signs of any provisions made to store and maintain my vehicle properly during for the extended repair time, it took for *** to fix my car, as a result of Jaguar Land Rovers mistaken repairs. My car has suffered from sitting for two years at ***. My Jaguar, i.e., car and parts has these damages. Some of these defects are but not limited, to flat spots on all tires, rusted brakes rotors and dry engine hoses. All (4) tires are dry rotted with flat spots from sitting months and more damaging, for two years off-road. There were an overwhelming amount of dried leaves under the hood and all bout the engine area, indicting that my vehicle was left and stored for two years outside under the changing weather conditions and outside elements. When my car was delivered on March 1, 2022, *** delivered my car with the gas tank emptied, giving way for condensation to set into the gas tank. This neglect has affected my cars fuel efficiency and proper drivability.My repairs have been paid long ago over and over; misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis. Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan, Manager Marcello complete refusal to return my car to me repaired, as paid for and my explicit dissatisfaction of said repairs, is a breach of ***s 100% Customer Satisfaction warranty that is expressed on my Jaguar Land Rover Manhattans invoice. In the years that my car has been at Jaguar, *** had internal restructuring of their office, repair shop and management personnel. Service Advisor Jairon, told me on several text messages that his delays were due to being extremely understaffed. Just in the two years, life has been enormously challenging for everyone including myself but, Jaguar Land Rover had been extremely understaffed and ***s organization had a revolving door of staff, temporarily headed by different management; during the Covid pandemic. Because of this unfortunate debacle, maybe Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan can start to restore their BBB ********************** (F) rating one customer at a time, starting with me and my poor two year experience at Jaguar Land Rover Manhattan.
