      Stay away from ordering Breville Espresso machines. It's a pain to have it shipped back and the techs don't fix the issue, they take your money and then it gets sent back to you. I had this experience where they had me pay $188 to fix the issue. When I spoke to them on the machine still spitting out cold espresso, they had me to diagnostic tests and then asked me to use a descaler! I told them I didn't have any, so they asked me to use white vinegar. I didn't have that so they told me to wait for descaler to arrive and then they would continue with diagnostic. I told them thats unacceptable since their tech should have performed this basic test before sending the machine back. I wanted my money back but they wouldn't give it and instead said store credit to buy another breville machine. I will never do that. spare yourself this trouble.

      Pathetic excuse for a company. Our first machine with them was so great that we decided to buy another after it took a dump. We got the same model around Xmas and 6 months later the Grinder broke on us. I called in the warranty number since they say they give one year warranties(laughable) and the helper over the phone said it needed to be calibrated. So she set up a video call and walked me through all the steps. 2 hours later and zero solutions. I dont have time to be there free technician. Im a customer and I spent 400 on a new ********************************************* thats not working. Why cant I just ship it to you guys and you guys f****** fix it?!?! The lady from whatever third world country theyre taking advantage of low wages said I would have to buy a food scale before I can send it in so we could calibrate it. So not only am I their technician for the day now I have to take more time out of my day to go buy a food scale in order for their coffee machine to work. This is so ridiculous Im at a loss of words. This is how they treat their loyal customers? Absolutely ridiculous.

      **************** has been awful. Had a new machine, under a year, took more than three weeks for them to finally agree to fix. Then, less than four months later the same problem and they sent me a video to watch, which was what I already indicated didnt work. No one answers the phone, the chat isnt working, and it has been four days since anyone responded to my last email. I will be shopping for another brand.

      Breville took 3 weeks to respond to my inquiry, held my machine for 2 weeks, then sent me a quote for 160 labour which I paid, then returned the machine unrepaired.Breville is only offering store credit for their mistake, which is the most expensive place to buy their products.

      The customer service I received was the worst ever. After I registered my machine online, they sent a free kit to my old address. I quickly asked them to change it, but got no response until I got an email saying my order was shipped. So, I had to call them. But it took a long time for someone to answer. When they did, they said I caused the problem by changing my address in my account too late. I tried to explain that it's not the fact. When i registered my new machine, i've filling my new address and the kit was shipped by the systme. But the agent, *****, kept yelling at me. She said I changed the address after ordering, but that didn't make sense. I asked to talk to her manager, but she refused. Before this, I had a good experience with Breville machine, but now I might not buy their products.

      I bought this Oracle espresso machine for $3,041.45 on July 2020.I reported that the machine was broken on 10/24/2023 and have been out of an espresso machine for three months.On 11/4/2023 I was charged me $305.55 for $36.45 of parts. I did not get my machine back until 11/16/2023. When I did all of my accessories were thrown away. To make matters worse the customer service agent I talked to called me negligent. Then while working with the same agent I had to guess what parts to buy so I could use my machine. This would cost me another $317.70.After I received the accessories I realized that despite the fact I paid $341.70 and the $317.70 for accessories to fix the machine it came back with a broken tamper. At the start of the call I stated the issue was with the tamper but we worked on unrelated issues for over an hour.It was then I was told I could send the machine back to get a new one. I used the tracking label I was provided and even used the Corporate Retail Solution Retail Solutions Program for Breville you have with *** to ship the machine back.I then waited until 12/16/2023 where I had to follow up many times to get information. I was assured by a customer service agent that mistakes like this happen and that you would have the machine sent to me. I have now been out of the espresso machine for 3 months. They likely have it in your warehouse and what I am hearing is they want to keep my espresso machine despite the fact that I paid $3,700.85 for my espresso machine.Bottom line they stole over $3,000 from me.

      Worst customer service I've ever experienced, by far. We bought a Breville Barista Touch and started having issues with it almost immediately. The company asked us to send the machine back to be fixed, so we did. It came back not fixed, but then also had new issues. After several frustrating phone calls I was told they would send us a replacement. They required a $500 hold on my credit card to send it to us, before we send them our machine. This new machine has been lost in the mail for almost 4 weeks, and after several phone calls to Breville, no one has helped me. There is still a $500 hold of my credit card, the new machine is lost in the mail, and my machine doesn't work properly. I've been told several times that they will contact the shipper, and call me back, I've been waiting for almost two weeks, I've called them three times in that time span, and neither updates or help are offered.. No one at the company is willing to do anything to help, and they still have a $500 hold on my credit card. I've requested to speak to a manager, and been refused to be passed to one. Do not buy from this company, they do not care about customer service.

      $500 combo microwave/toaster/fryer was defective right out of the box. It took four calls with support, and multiple emails, with them lying to me repeatedly that my warranty wasnt valid. They made up 3 different lies with no legal support trying to claim that I didnt have a warranty. I finally demanded to have their legal contact info for my attorney to get involved before they decided to honor their warranty. Horrible dishonest company. The only thing worse than the quality of their appliances is their customer support.

      Made in ***** says it all Garbage machine broke after minimal use but out of warranty of course they want a 300 flat charge .
