I placed an order for a 255 dollar shirt, and it was to have shipped over a week ago..I had it personalized and understand that it would be a bit longer..I ordered it 9/23..In and email from 10/2 I was informed it would ship 10/5Now it seems the company is out of business, or something is not right..NO one will respond to emails or calls, the shirt has not shipped and the money has been paid in full. Their website is down telling me they are not taking any new ordersbut I want a refund or my shirt..VERY POOR customer service and I feel ripped off.Initial Complaint

Hello,I have placed an order for a tshirt on November 23th, and received it on December 7th. It didnt fit well so On december 9th I emailed mishanonoo customer service about wanting to return the tshirt. I have emailed your customer service email address of your company many times and no one answers me. since december 9th I have been emailing to your customer service wanting to refund it, till this day no one answered my emails. I tried to call but cant find any customer service phone number either. So I packed and shipped the shirt myself. Inside the package, wrote everything explaining and included my order number. Tracking says it has been delivered. But I havent received no email acknowledging receiving of the shirt from your company nor did I get my refund. I feel like its so unprofessional and unethical what you guys are doing. Very disappointed please refund my money! My name is ********************* order number is: ***** Please refund my money.I attached the picture of how I sent back the tshirt. And screenshot of me emailing you guys on december 9th, 16th, 28th. Till this day no one answered me! Very very unprofessional and unetchial company! You say you empower women? The business contacted me and gave me their actual adress for me to return the tshirt!
