      I ordered a pair of pants almost 2 months ago and still haven't received them. I've reached out to customer service 3 times now and keep getting told they'll look into it and then no follow up. They refuse to give me a refund until i receive the item (which at this point will probably be never).

      I placed an order for 4 items. I only received 3 items. My order number is Order ********. I have sent 2 emails and received no communication from them. They also charged my credit card for all 4 items.

      Order No. ******* 7/03/24 This order was a situation where they sent me the wrong item completely. It had the correct label but it was address and it shouldve been a skirt. It was what they call a final sale item because it was on clearance So it was fairly cheap. They did give me a return label but they still charge $8 to return the item even though it was their mistake. After they sent me the return label, they said it had expired and I could no longer return the item that I didnt order but is now sitting on my New York and Company charge card. When responding to emails they address them as Hi Angry, Not April which is my actual name. Of course then I become angry because thats ignorant and unprofessional. In the end, they stopped responding, nothing was resolved and I didnt receive my money back for an item that I didnt order. I wanted to re-order the correct item without paying a shipping fee due to it being their mistake but they would not agree to that either. I didnt pay a shipping fee the first time because I spent enough money. Order No. ******* 9/24/24 Late last night I placed an order and mistakenly put two of the same item in the Cart. Their website says to cancel an order please email them. I sent the email immediately and also left a voicemail because their customer service phone number does not have a representative whatsoever. I received a response saying they could not cancel or modify the order. This company will not be processing the order for days and it usually doesnt ship for a good week. They can modify the order and they wont. Again the skirt was a final sale item so now I am stuck with two of the same thing that was a simple mistake. This was put on my New York and Company charge card which I have canceled As of this morning. This is just two examples of many times that their email customer service cannot correct the situation and again on the response from this morning they responded to me by calling me Angry instead of April.

      I will show screen shots of communication in which NY & Company still hasnt resolved issue with two things: failure to refund me for a sweater that I never received and failure to send me the correct purse I ordered or issue a refund for the wrong purse I received. As a former loyal ************* customer I will never again spend my money here. It is no wonder the stores closed down.

      I ordered final sale items in the size of 0. The pants I received were labeled a 0 but the are obviously a size 16 or more. Due to it being final sale I dont get a return label. I want my money back due to the company sending me items that were mislabeled. Ive tried contact the company numerous times, numerous ways and I havent received a call back, email, or text messsge.

      Order not received. I placed my order on Aug 19 with a delivery date of Aug 28. My order for an event I was attending in ***********, **. I have sent several emails which have gone unanswered, and my voice messages have not been returned either. When my order was not delivered on time, I send an email requesting them to redirect my package to my billing address. The package was returned to NY & Company address and received I have listed the tracking number below. I have not received a refund, or my items shipped to my home address.

      I had ordered 2 pairs of sandals from the company on 8/12/24 (order ********). Only 1 pair ever came, despite both of them showing as shipped, and I was charged for them both. I reached out on 8/17/24 to the customer service email. I followed up on 8/20 as I had not received a response. I did get a response on 8/20 asking some questions about the order, which I responded to that same day. I received a message on 8/21 that they were looking into it. They let me know on 8/22 they were still looking into it. I've since followed up on 8/27, 8/28, and 8/30. I also messaged the company on ********. They have stopped responding all together.

      I erroneously signed up for ******* clothing rental through Le Tote. I never received a single box and I tried to reach out to the company many times with no response. (calls and emails).I was charged monthly from 10/22-1/24 for a total of $858.56. Again, I did not order or receive a single box. Nor did I receive any correspondence from the company. Every time you try to call, it is a disconnected number. No email response.Looks like they went out of business.

      I placed an order for 9 items and only received 7. I emailed the company to let them know, and I asked that they let me know if they will either send me a replacement or issue me a refund to my New York & Company Rewards credit card. I have not received a response.

      On Aug 2, 2024 I placed an order for several pairs of boots and shoes from NY& Company on their website. I received part of my order on 8/10. The partial order received on 8/10 contained 1 pair of boots and one pair of shoes but was missing an item. The missing item was a pair of ***** croc knee high boots in a size 10. I immediately reached out to the company via email to report the missing item and requested that the item be sent out with the rest of my items that had not been shipped. It took 6 days to get a response from customer service who apologized for the error and asked if the package had been tampered or damaged. I responded back to let them know that the package was delivered undamaged but was missing an item along with the packing slip. I have requested a refund or replacement several times and each time I have been told that they are waiting to hear back from the warehouse. I have yet to receive a refund or my missing item. I have done business with this company for over ************************************************************* the past 5 years. The quality of the clothing they sell has also gone down. I have also read other customers reviews who have also reported having similar experiences. I am requesting a refund of $21.99 for the missing item I paid for.
