I attempted to cancel my subscription multiple times. I just got charged 43 today and another 43 this month for a ****** reversal from a previous charge I did not authorize!I emailed them to let them know I did not want to continue my subscription, they emailed back confirming and then I was charged again months later.They write that they will get back to you within 3 days and that shipping takes a few days but they immediately ship it out before you can handle the mistake. It seems like they do this intentionally so they can get ****** to reverse complaints and disputes because they sent it. I dont want your **** product!!!! I have a stack of your stupid products, I want these subscription payments to stop!!! I lost so much time trying to cancel with them!

Beware of subscriptions. I placed an order for two items after reading positive user reviews. There are tons of pop-*** and the products default automatically to subscription. I thought I had indicated a one-time purchase, but when my order confirmation came through it said one of the items was enrolled in the subscription plan. In order to cancel the subscription, you have to create an account. I did this and still could not cancel the subscription. I emailed customer service (to their credit, they got back to me within a few hours) asking to cancel the subscription. They came back with several options but none of them included canceling the subscription - they were all either extending the time between subscriptions or offering my next shipment for free. I responded directly again telling them to cancel my order and that none of these options solved my issue. They responded and confirmed that my subscription was canceled, but boy does this leave a bad taste in my mouth. There's some shady stuff going on here. I don't care how well their products work, I will not be shopping with them again.Sio Beauty Response
