I booked a coolsculpting treatment which was disappointing as follows: 1. They were disorganized. The technician was late to my appointment as I had to wait for her to setup. In addition, they ask you to fill out some online paperwork on your phone when you get there to include items such as how to prepare for your treatment (too late at this point) which could have been done ahead of time as to not cut into the block of time but this was not a big deal. 2. When I finally did go back to undergo the procedure, the machine was not operating properly and the technician did not know how to use the machine or know how to get it working. I was there for at least 30 minutes but they did not know how to get the machine functioning as they kept trying to attach it to my body. 3. The plan that I purchased was $1045.00 and said it covered two sessions which to me would indicate two visits. They technician on the day of the visit said no that was for 2 treatments; one on each side of your body. 4. I booked this particular location based upon proximity to my residence so I said please call me when the machine is functioning again to see if I can reschedule. I never received a callback. After thinking about it, I just did not feel comfortable or safe going back for the procedure with this company as I did not want to subject my body to a procedure where the technician did not know how to operate the equipment properly. 5. I called the manager and asked for a refund as the services agreed upon were not performed by the company on the dater agreed upon. She offered to reschedule or give a store credit but I explained to her that I did not feel safe with her staff performing this procedure on my body due to their lack of knowledge and quite frankly, I thought that they were disorganized and disrespectful. I did not want a store credit as I don't trust this company and I explained that to them but they still refused to give a refund.Customer response

Hello, I attempted to cancel my FaceFit Plus membership on 10/26/22, as my dermatologist recommended against receiving facials. I called the business on 10/26/22 and was informed that the only way I could cancel my membership was to send an email, which I did on 10/26/22 at 10:29am. However, the email bounced, as I sent the request to *************************************** instead of ***************************************** I called the business again on 10/31/22 as I was charged a monthly membership fee in the amount of $156.75, even though I thought I had cancelled the service. The employee gave me the correct email address, and told me to cancel my membership again via the correct address. I sent an email to the correct address on 10/31/22 at 4:58pm (with a copy of the aforementioned email of 10/26/22), requesting that my membership be cancelled and that I be refunded for the membership fee. I received no response. I sent another email on 11/03/22 with no response, and another email on 11/05/22 with no response. I kindly request that the business cancel my membership immediately and refund the membership fee in the amount of $156.75.Customer response
