This company gave me a loan last year, due to business problems, I defaulted on payments and they sent me to a ****************** I reached an agreement with this company last year, and all payments are on time.They have placed a UCC on my company with all payment processors when they have not stopped receiving their money according to our agreement.****, my company is right, because they are receiving the payments accordingly.I tried to contact the legal department and they won't let me talk to them on the phone, they just tell me to send an email and they don't respond to the email.Business response

As we communicated to you last week through email, there was a significant delay by your payment processor in processing our request, from late last year, to exercise our security interest in relation to the arears owed on your account which ultimately resulted in a temporary interruption to your payment processors account. Upon discovery of the delay, we have instructed your payment processor to remove any hold they placed for the benefit of SellersFi immediately. This business has been illegally holding money that belongs to me for weeks, and although I have contacted them many times, they have not responded to my e-mails or support messages on the whatsapp application.When I wanted to leave due to the problem we had with the business before this, he did not refund the balance inside and still did not take a step to pay.It is illegal to keep money that belongs to me for weeks without any reason.And today they closed my account. Sellers Funding is a complete SCAM company and stole my account balance without warning and refuses to return the amount owed. They stopped answering my calls and now being investigated for financial crimes in **************. Do not trust these bandits it is a complete scam!Business response

In alignment with regulatory requirements, SellersFunding is obliged to verify the source of incoming funds prior to its release to the designated beneficiary account. In certain situations, SellersFunding may need to request additional documentary evidence to support the transaction. Obtaining the appropriate documentation may, at times, result in a lengthy turnaround time between the customer and us.
