I placed an order on February 2, 2022 (AU ****). My card was charged that day for $56.00. When I placed the order, the website indicated the product would take 4-6 days for production. When I received the order confirmation, it indicated the item would ship in **** days. I e-mailed on February 13th, inquiring about the status. I heard back on February 14th, indicating a 14-day production period and noting that if I did not hear anything by Wednesday, the 16th, to check back in. I heard nothing and on Friday, February 18th, e-mailed again. I heard back that day that they would check with the store. After hearing nothing, I checked back in on February 21st, 22nd, and 24th, without response. I sent yet another e-mail on March 1st, one day short of a month from when my order was placed, and received no response. I then met one of the co-founders of the company at a basketball game in ********* on February 26th, and approached him about the order. I then finally received notice that my order shipped on March 3rd, 2022! It was false excitement, as still today the tracking number indicates that **** is still awaiting the item from the company. I reached out again on March 10th. I received a response that they reached out to the production partner for an update. I did not hear back for a week, and reached back out on March 16th. I received a response on March 17th, indicating that they experienced issues with some orders being lost in transit with **** (this doesnt appear to be the case for mine since mine was never received by **** according to the tracking info.). I was told that they were working to resolve the issue and would be duplicating the orders and re-shipping it immediately. I responded on March 19th, asking if I woulwould receive new shipping information once the item ships. On March 22nd, I was told I would receive new shipping information. I heard nothing again and checked back on March 27th and 30th and April 2nd, without response.Customer response

I have received e-mail correspondence from the company and a refund for the full amount paid. The matter has been resolved.
