      I informed him that they were infested with bugs. I was there the week before didn't see and he went back the next week. And there's bugs all over the place all over my stuff in their storage unit. Told the lady at the front desk showed her the bugs. She said it had to be somebody that just moved in. She called her district manager. And they act like they don't care. I told him I cannot get my stuff out before my payments. Do thereforei should not be charged because of your infestation. And they turned around and said you still have to pay regardless when I could have my stuff out of there before the next month was due very bad business very nasty place

      If you are looking for quality storage company, KEEP LOOKING!!! Storage King USA does not care about their customers. We were recently victims of identity theft and had to cancel are credit/debit cards. Our payment has been set on auto pay for 3 YEARS!!! We have never been late or missed a payment. In waiting for our new cards to arrive, we were charged nearly $50 in late fees!!! NO PHONE CALL, NO NOTICE!! When our new cards arrived, we called to update payment info. We were told they WILL NOT waive the fees even though we addressed the issue within 5 business days of the due date. Absolutely ridiculous!! Please DO NOT rent a unit with Storage King USA.

      I strongly advise against renting from Storage King, specifically their ******, ** location. Before considering this facility, please take the time to review feedback from other customers to understand the challenges you may face.- Deceptive pricing practices: Storage King attracts new tenants with competitive low rental rates but imposes substantial rental increase notices shortly after sign-up.- Security concerns: The facility experiences frequent burglaries, partly due to the lack of an onsite manager. Only a maintenance employee is present three days a week. In July 2024, the district manager acknowledged that three to four units are broken into daily.- *********************************** does not contact tenants affected by break-ins and claims that tenants are responsible for checking their units regularly and resecuring them when necessary.- Aggressive actions: Storage King quickly locks out tenants, puts units under lien, and provides no recourse in the event of a break-in.- Insecure premises: The gate is often "broken" or left open, compromising security and inviting theft. Units are separated by thin metal flashing, which can be easily unscrewed, allowing easy access to neighboring units.- ********************************************************* associated with Storage King raises concerns about potential conflicts of interest.- Misleading advertising: Storage King falsely advertises 24-hour access.I have experienced multiple system issues and attempted to address them with management, only to receive dismissive responses and no helpful solutions. Despite providing recorded phone calls and receipts as proof, the manager refused to take responsibility.Please take these warnings seriously and spare yourself the stress and potential loss associated with renting from Storage King. Choose a storage facility that values security and customer satisfaction instead.

      They advertise that if you refer someone they will compensate you within 4-6 weeks. I called the company and spoke with one of the employees and she said that she sent the owner an email about my compensation and they never responded back. Its been over 6 weeks and still no word from the company. I feel that its false advertising.

      Do not go online to lease with this Storage King USA. Absolutely no live customer service. When you have a issue of any sort. You are stuck with the unit for a month.They will not offer any transfer . If after the month you transfer to another unit you have to pay another Admin. Fee etc. The manager lets you know you can complain to corporate they will tell you the same.The location is store # *** ******** ** ***** Sincerely,Very disappointed unit 2054 for a month.

      They over charge and refuse to fix the problem and called the main office and they sent my complaint to the district manager and she is no better than the office managers them and the company don't care about customers and don't care about making it right when they over charge customers and they don't care when customers leave their business because they will get someone else too take your place

      This company is 100 percent fraudulent. I had the exact experience of others here. They overcharged me and will not reverse the fees. They are purposely overcharging and doing so in a systematic manner and keep you from getting a hold of anyone. I will be taking legal action and I recommend if they scam you to take it to small claims court as well. I hope the authorities will do something. Do not use this company.

      This company Storage King USA is a horrible experience. They charged us late fees when we had auto payments! We have reached out to them since the beginning of January to resolve this issue with no success. We have been told a District manager "*****" will reach out to us and never received a call. The local new employee did call but cannot give us her contact information.We vacated in January and were billed again for Feb-March with another late fee!There is never anyone in the office to talk to, we drove to ****** to talk to another employee that said the same thing, the manager will reach out. We will never use them and will discourage anyone from doing so. The outside grounds of the Facility is in horrible state with large potholes and a keypad that only works some of the time.This is a sad way to run a business.

      THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD, THEY LIE, AND NO ONE IS EVER IN THE OFFICE FOR PAYMENT. THEN WHE YOU TRY TO DO ********** TOU CANT. WHAT A WAYBTO SCAM PEOPLE FOR MORE FEES. I WAS JUST GIVEN 1 PRICE NOT A WEEK AGO AND NOW ITS ANOTHER PRICE. ITS LIKE THEY CANT DECIDE HOW MUCH TO MORE TO STICK IT TO PEOPLE. THIS IS A CORPORATE COMPANY. IF YOUR SMART FIND LOCAL. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES THAT CATE ABOUT YOU AND NOT HOW MUCH THEY CAN TAKE YOU FOR. AS FAR AS I AM CONCEREND THESE PEOPLE/COMPANY IS NOT BETTER THAN THE ******* THEY WILL THREATEN TO SELL YOUR STUFF, THEN GIVE YOU A PRICE THAT YOU BOTH AGREE ON TO SAVE YPUR ITEMS BUT ONCE AGAIN THERE THEY ADD ANOTHER FEE. I FIND IT FUNNY HOW MANY OBSTACLES YOU HAVE TO GO THROUGH JUST TO PAY THE *****
