      Way over priced for service talk about price gouging these folks are the champions, slow service limited usage 300gb then when I canceled they wait till end to email return label with another threat that if not returned within. 7 days there will be a $200 fee for router if returned and got damaged will also pay their return label was only insured by **** for $100..now they are attempting to auto charge my card $25 for restocking fee..heck no will deny that charge

      Takes money from my bank account after I have returned product and cancel. Took money out one month after I cancelled ************ was horrible, they advertised works everywhere-I call this false advertising. No customer service number to call.

      I'm glad to have internet but with the providers in the ***** zip code I've questioned that because i have repeatedly had outages, interruptions and worst of all terrible customer service, that had belittled me with the ignorance of their profession, as have most the"professionals" I encounter who work in this industry. The plan i have hasn't renewed when it is scheduled to, forcing my anxiety to rise because they use last months data while they charge me for new data and IV run out of data only a week into my plan while still having over 150 gigs remaining that were unused. This sort of thing has happened several times in the few months I've been using homefi, and I'm not sure who the people are who work there, but I ended up buying more data to solve the problem because the person who worked there had no idea how to fix it, but, the other Internet providers don't respond to my service requests making me think this is all a scam to force me into buying mobile data that costs more and the downloads are terrible. Just to download a game that's less than 1 gig may take an entire day. I'm downloading something now that's 1.5 gigs and it's been downloading it for over 12 hours.

      Sent us a device in April. No customer service to contact only a request for them to call you. Took until July to get an actual call back. Told them we never received the device and all they could say is yes you did and we are going to charge you an extra 150 for the device. Asked it they could see if it was used and they said no but if the gigs went over they could tell me exactly how much was used. Asked for a refund for at least the last payment they took for next month and they wouldn't do that either. I would suggest not to use this company unless you live giving your money away and not getting anything.

      Everyone else said it all.Terrible support I would like to talk to someone for help when convenient for me not make appointment for a call back. I wish they had a thumbs down on ********* Expensive. Try somthing else if u can find it. Didn't work as advertised. They probably pay people for their good Reviews .

      Id appreciate it if the owner of the company would contact me so i may discuss some very serious issues with their customer service and payment options. For the most part it works but when something does mess up be prepared to have to deal with alot of rude incompetent customer service. And they definitely dont want you contacting the owner cause im sure if the owner of this company knew he or she would make changes and fix it to have a more successful company

      Terrible. No contact number where you can speak to a live person. Near impossible to cancel. They just continue to take your money. Needs to be shut down!

      Not as transparent as the say. They claim money back guarantee and then if it doesn't work you spend hours and days trying to reach someone, in which you get a runaround. You return product and they don't refund you back. Spend more hours and days confirming refund in which they inform you is a partial. Skip a month and they charge you a restocking fee (so much for money back guarantee). To which the email states and shopify page(by the way is a red flag for a business)that it is a recurring 25 dollar fee every 30 days, and they tax you for something that isn't real. I have picture proof of this! Stay away, contact your lawyers. They may be legit but they are scammers and money grabbers

      After checking Homefi out on BBB It appears Homefi has a history of s******* people out of their money when cancelling service. I am experiencing the same scam apparently! I canceled my account and the and hotspot has been returned and was received. I have proof of return receipt. I removed my payment card so no further charges would be charged because they charged me for the equipment before returned within their return policy. They also tried to bill me for service after my cancellation was already accepted and return authorization sent to me. The hotspot has no moving parts to break so to be in line for inspection before refunding me the charge for the equipment is unacceptable. It simply stopped providing me the internet service I was paying for, thus the cancellation. I subscribed for two years but the service became too erratic and customer service contact is non-existent by design and unacceptable.

      Internet has been horrible. Paying $280/mo for their highest plan for 2 devices for several years. If I was on a Zoom call and tried to print a document, internet became unstable. When I finally tried to cancel services, they had just billed my credit card for the coming month. $280. They refused to refund any of that money AND told me I had to send the equipment back within 7 days or they’d charge me another $310. So they’re keeping my $280 for services I’ll never see. Horrible service. This should be illegal.
