DO NOT do business with this company, RO Roman Health Venturesm Inc.I signed up for the Ro medications online and went throught the process, so I paid $149 sign up fee. Then, the false advertising led you to believe it would be $149 each month, rather, it is $299 per month for the medications. Although I did move forward with that, I shortly thereafter reading more about the company, decided this was not for me and that I would cancel. I notified my ****** company and Ro I wanted to cancel. THey said I could not get the $149 back, but would promptly refund the $299 ( hence they said they shipped the medication). After they refunded it, I saw that it was credited in ny bank account only TO FIND THAT THE SAME DAY, they put the charge through again, in bank account for $299 ultimately rendering the refund/credit, moot! I notified my bank who said to notify the merchant. ONce I notifed RO they said they could only see the refund was made on their end and the ****** did show that, HOWEVER, again, the charge was put through my bank account again on 9/23/24. I disputed the charge with my bank, after a week long investigation and proof Ro was to issue me a refund, my bank credited the $299 back to my account. On 10/7, I received a call from Roman Health Ventures, however they were posing as ******. They gave me the hardest time, after I said let me explain that this put put through twice, I canceled, and the guy on the phone turned so very rude, would talk over me, said how could I get services "for free" since I disputed the charge with my bank, etc. I ultimately hung the phone up becuase this clearly turned into a harrassing call for having fixed the second charge in my account, a fee that they clearly "cleverly" tried to put through again, unauthorized!!! These types of companies give people the runaround and is only for profit. Stay away from this one!!

Absolute bait and switch they charge you $100 saying it's like an enrollment fee and then they make it sound like it's $145 for the medication which it is not it is another $145 fee plus another $300 for the medication so it's $500 a month to get there cheap medication I basically got cheated out of $100 to get nothing out of it. Nothing do not use this service. I warn you do not use them. They are a bait and switch scam.

I am going on my second month with RO for my weightloss journey. I read the fine print and knew I would be charged a monthly fee on top of prescription costs. My compound tirzepatide prescription was delivered on time with clear video instructions. Every question I've asked on their message board has been answered in a timely manner. I see these other reviews and can't help but wonder if it's user error rather than company fraud because I've been nothing but impressed by RO.

I had an absolutely disastrous experience with Ro. After onboarding, I was given my prescription. It was then not filled for months. I was told it was up to me to call to various pharmacies to find it. Which was ... Why I was paying Ro in the first place. I couldn't get clear answers from a human after multiple tries. With I tried to cancel my account, it was very laborious. Even after multiple emails telling them to STOP billing me and to cancel my account, it was still being charged - albeit on an expired credit card. That's right, it took so long to deal with them that my card on file EXPIRED. This business is deceptive and should be avoided. I regret giving them a single dollar. Please avoid.

They advertise one price on a TV commercial, but on the website the price is actually 10 times more.

I didn't know I was being charged OR signing up for autopay, I was simply trying to find out more about the company and what they offer on September 11, 2024. Since then it's been one BS story after another from this deceptive company. They stole $99 and signed me up for auto monthly payments that I didn't even know about! This company committed FRAUD and need to be investigated!

I initially paid $100 .00 to start a membership .it took 14 emails and 14 days for them not to be able to submit my preacription.i ask them for refundand they said their policy was no refund .since they reach me out on 14 emails .it was a rip off. This was Waste of my time and the frustation is real.not a reliable company to get services from .never offer a resolution .very upset.

Unable to access customer service, preventing me ************************ accessing medication in a timely fashion. This is dangerous and candidly, someone in the government should look into this business's practices.

They bill you without telling you in advance. They don't care if their lack of desire to spend a ***** or two per customer to issue a notification causes their customers to suddenly have $150+ withdrawn ************************ their personal bank accounts. Imagine knowing you have a mortgage payment, car payment, insurance, phone bill, and utilities coming due, as well as weekly food shopping and gas costs, and then boom -- you're hit with a large, unexpected withdrawal from your account that you had no idea was coming. Have fun with that. I've found a more reliable and trustworthy partner for my **********************************

This a big scam!!!! Do not invest your money!. The first month of $99 dollars you just giving to Ro for a texting session! You think your pay for the medication your not .By the time youre pharmacy get the prescription, and reach to you the price will be around $1200 dollars. So dont get caught up in this rip off scam!!! Awful company very deceitful!!
