On 10/27/23 I was scheduled to get **** internet hooked up at my house. That never happened because the guy who was scheduled to connect the wire from the telephone pole to my house went to the wrong house and hooked it up. The tech who was at my house told my husband they would be back as soon as possible. Since then I’ve made 6 phone calls to **** internet asking for an update and the ladies tell me someone will call me back with with information. It has been almost two months and I haven’t heard anything after multiple calls and this is their fault not mine it wasn’t hooked up in the first place. I would like them to please come asap and connect the wire and hook up my internet.Business response

Good morning, There was an issue trying to install this location, we did have to complete some construction to serve this customer. The construction has been completed, the drop is in place at the customer location, and we have scheduled the install for 12/226/2023. We did have a cancellation and tried to reschedule the install for the 14th, but there was no communication received back. Once December 26 is here and the customer service is up and working, I believe they will be extremely happy with their high speed internet. Sincerely, Darlene C***
