Changing ur name does not change the fact that u guys are scammers as u can see in previous reviews Eli is a scammer shorted us multiple times on drops guaranteed us partial refunds he will BEG you for money up front to secure it's done in a decent time to not have it ready he even put another brands name on our t shirts by accident when confronted he blocked us all ********, phone, *********. spent thousands with him for nothing DONT GET SCAMMED

Don’t ever use Bison Print Co in Tonawanda Ny ordered and paid for shirts in March. Said they will be ready last week and then I get a refund on the 19th of April when they should be ready no phone call. No email. Nothing and still waiting and trying to get the remaining balance. Getting no response and has blocked me on ********!!

Horrible company rips everyone off asks for money up front and never gives you your product you pay for not money back STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered on November 5th of 2022 and have yet to receive the shirts I ordered or a refund. I’ve called several times and have been emailing them at least once a week and no one will respond to my email or voicemails. Eli said he had to get credit back from *** but since he’s said that he’s yet to even get back to me. I’m out of hundreds of dollars and no product as well. This is not the way a company should treat a small business. All I want is my refund back!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered about $1600 worth of apparel in march and it is now August almost September and I still have not received my full order. I call leave emails and dm them on ********* and still don’t get a response. Do not recommend working with them.

I literally had the WORSE experience with bison print co since I decided to work with these guys. Every step of the process has been prolonged and is still ongoing to get my refund that they promised me . SHIPPING WAS A MESS they said they shipped out my order but the tracking number they provided was sitting at "label created awaiting pickup " and did not update until a week half later. They claimed UPS has picked it up the day the label was created. I reached out to ups they said they never received anything yet. A week half later the tracking updated when they actually shipped the order. When the product finally arrived the screen print was very low quality and each screen print was not even placed in the same spot leaving me with empty white gaps in my art. Every hoodie i ordered had its own imperfection. Also! they spelled my brand name on my neck tags incorrectly after i corrected them on the spelling beforehand and they approved it and also used a neck tag template that i didn't ask for when they sent me multiple neck tags to choose from This company does not focus on detail and making sure your product is the way you like it. The customer service is terrible and very nonchalant about the situation. I have to constantly call and email them to get updates because if i dont i wont hear anything back and they will leave you in the dust! I sent every hoodie back for a full refund because they spelled my brand name incorrectly and the screen print on every hoodie is off which puts me as a brand owner in a very hard place to sell. Lastly when it came down to getting my refund i paid with two separate cards they refunded one card correctly but the other card for the larger amount they still have not sent me the refund and are not trying to send a receipt for the second card like they did the first but claim the issue was refunded in full it has been 12 days so far no refund
