I paid this company $55 dollars for a sweatshirt I have not heard anything back since they took my money out my account the contact number doesn't work and looking at the reviews from other ppl I'm not the only one that didn't get his merchandiseBusiness response

We cannot deliver this order by Feb 13 as required by the customer so we put this order on hold and contacted the customer for a confirmation to wether process this order or not.May I ask if the customer want to process order cancel this order? The ordering system for this business does not work properly. I ordered 3 sweatshirts at size 5X and the system placed the order at size small. I contacted the support department 6 times to attempt to return the products, but was denied the opportunity to do so. They refuse to acknowledge that there system does not work properly and have refused any reasonable solution to this problem.Business response

Thank you for the feedbackHowever, I can assure that there is nothing wrong with our system as we has been received new orders normally for the past few years.We are happy to replace the order for different size that the customer preferred with just 50% original price. With all respect, the order is not mishandled by our system.The order indeed includes 3 Hoodie, size Small which was chosen before checkout. We have no reason or intention to change the product that the customer chose. We fulfilled this order correctly as it should be.We offered to exchange them for about $65 which is about half the price because we want to provide a solution in this case. We normally don't offer this kind of solution if the order has been fulfilled correctly.For final offer, we agree to exchange all 3 hoodies for $30. This is equal return and resend shipping fee.Hope to hear from you soon.Customer response
