Was told it was a four wheel drive traction control comes on ???car was sensing the weather server front camera crouise control acts up dash lights go out have to shut car off and start back up automatic lights for night dont come on harder ??? after recall was problems was automatic lights was told ??? two come to trade it in. I asked ??? ??? if I had to ???? in everytime something goes wrong was told I was crazy and imagined thingsBusiness response

On March 22nd my wife, my infant daughter and I picked up a 2019 ******** from Burritt after waiting multiple days for them to figure out a check engine light that was preventing inspection from happening. There was a rust issue on the doors which we were told was under warranty and the parts would be in shortly if they weren't in already and we could bring it back. We also were given only one key which was inoperable for anything other than starting the vehicle. Almost immediately the vehicle began "death wobbling" which is a very unsafe issue causing the steering to shake violently from side to side. As it turns out there is an open recall which was not repaired even though the parts were there. It took days to get Burritt on the phone, we have had at minimum 40 phone calls not returned and they have rescheduled us twice for a loaner car to fix these problems. It is clear that they do not take this safety issue seriously and have continued to push us off.Business response

We have always been in contact with *******, the number we have on file just happened to be *******. We have always given options to get part of the work done and have the vehicle come back another time to get the paintwork done. ******* has always said she would like it done all at one time. We had an appointment to do all the work, Gave a loaner vehicle and had all the work done. It is now back in *******'s possession and all seems great as far as we know.Rob G*******Initial Complaint

I purchased a 2022 **** ******** that has been in the shop four times for the same issue. I have been left beside the road and had to be towed in. They did not stand by their **** policy and provide me with another **** ******** to drive during service now they are refusing to fix the vehicle unless they pay for the repair. It is the same problem. I’ve had four times since I have owned the vehicle I tried to trade the vehicle in they’re not willing to work with me on a trade-in they value And put me into another vehicle. The vehicle is clearly a lemon.Business response

I attached a snap shot of the history for The **** ********. Looks like it has not been in for the same problem for 35165 miles. At the 35165 mile mark the vehicle was not operating. We have not gotten the vehicle to not operate this time. We do have a intermittent warining light that is coming on and off. ********* is helping us diagnosis this. we opened the R.O. on 5/9/2024

I drove out on Saturday 7/29/23 to purchase a vehicle. The vehicle was available and was advertised on **** ****** for $66,470. When I sat down with a salesman he then proceeded to tell me that was not the cost and the actual cost was $71,000. After multiple sales tactics and trying to get me to accept their reasoning for this false advertising the price offered was $68,900. This is still thousands over advertised price and completely false advertising.Business response

***** **** visited our Burritt CDJR store on 7/29/2023 at 12:33pm. ***** wanted to know if he could buy the vehicle for the price ********** had the vehicle listed for. We said yes as long as you qualify for all the rebates that are applied. ***** did not qualify for all the incentives as disclosed on the ********** website. We attempted to earn customer business by decreasing the price of the vehicle under our advertised price, however this discount did not outweigh the incentives the customer did not qualify for; including but not limited to lease loyalty. The incentives are controlled by the manufacturers and change frequently, we are willing to relook at any deal to try to earn the customers business. We did not intentionally misrepresent the pricing as it was disclosed that customers may not qualify for all available rebates. We sincerely apologize for the miscommunication and are always willing to relook at the deal for the customer if he chooses.Customer response

This was not the case. As I sat with the sales rep and the sales manager came in to explain how this wasn’t the price listed and was a “mistake”. Soon after the vehicle price was changed on auto trader which indicates clearly they have misrepresented the cost of the vehicle. No incentives were discussed as they did try to discount by roughly $1,500. The price difference from advertised to offered was still $6,000 difference. No other vehicle is marketed that way by them on their website and the sales person confirmed that. Therefore the list price was incorrect. Thank you. Regards, ***** ****
