The ***** service center customer service was unbelievably bad. I stopped to inquire about a truck I was about to buy that was serviced by them and was picked up within the last month. They did not sell this vehicle I was purchasing it from a private party. There was an employee that was new and he was helpful, genuinely concerned with my inquiry. He was not familiar with the computer system so he had me talk with a long term service associate. I asked him questions about the vehicles service history and he started trying to help answer a few basic questions regarding possible warranty that was transferable and he looked as if he was reviewing the service details on the truck and did not provide me with an answer. He did confirm they did work on the vehicle, as I stood there waiting for an answer to any warranty carryover he had to take a call about someone’s warranty work. I waited at least 10 minutes before trying to ask him again about any warranty and he looked up and said he didn’t know I needed help. He had a dumbfounded look on his face and said he didn’t know I needed help. I was blatantly ignored. Another employee tried to help and he confirmed there was no warranty for the work they did and they would not work on this particular truck anymore, stating they don’t work on vehicles that old, it is a 2014 *** ****. I inquired that they don’t work on 10 year old vehicles and I said so my 10 year old **** that they service can’t be worked on anymore and he said he’s not saying that, they just won’t work on that vehicle. He did say I could always bring my vehicles elsewhere and customer’s private information could not be provided. The bottom line is I did not appreciate being ignored by the other person; especially when he acted like he didn’t know I was there.

They are money grubbers. Won't fix even the cheapest things to keep a good reputation. I for one will never do business there again.

YOU HAVE HER VEHICLE FOR THE SECOND TIME EACH OVER 6 MONTHS SO CALLED REPAIRING IT KNOWING FULL WELL YOU WERE AT FAULT PUTTING MY GRANDCHILDREN IN DANGER AND YOU BEING SPITEFUL IGNORING HER NEEDS TO GET HER VEHICLE FIXED AND BACK TO HER!!!! YOU ARE CROOKS AND FRAUDS AND IS THE REASON MY SON AND I WENT ELSEWHERE FOR OUR NEW VEHICLES. KARMA WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU ALL!!!

First vehicle I purchased here they sent my registration and title to an address that wasn’t mine and I had to pay to receive new copies of these items. Second vehicle, I bought giving them the benefit of the doubt that accidents happen. They ran my credit after I came with a loan from my bank and repeatedly told them I would not give authorization for them to do so. They tried to trick me into signing a credit application 3 times even saying I had to sign them to purchase the vehicle. I then had to fight with them to repair the faulty brakes and rotors that I made them aware of before purchasing. I would recommend people stay as far as possible from this dealership. They do not sell sound and safe vehicles or care about their customers.

I bought a 2016 *** **** from Burritt Motors in Oswego, NY 2 years ago this June. Due to Covid-19, I bought the car through the online service offered by Burritt Motors at the time. I paid them 500 dollars cash as a down payment and delivery fee. When the men brought the car, the man who drove the car smoked in it because it smelled awful when I first got inside the car to drive it. I had to purchase a car scent bomb to get rid of the smell. The seats had been replaced by seats that sat outside because my brother noticed the rust around the metal and screws for the seat attachments. I purchased a metal brush and black paint to repair the attachments. I called and the owner/manager told me that he isn't responsible for the people that drive the car, that is a separate company, and he didn't know why the seat attachments were rusty; he if I wanted I owned the car for less than a year and working from home due to Covid-19, I never drove the car for the first year, except to pick up instacart groceries and went directly home. Before the car was a year old the engine seized and I had to buy a new engine. After that repair, I needed a new tire and rotor. On top of paying too much for the car, I am now close to 8000 dollars in repairs, and I was lucky I wasn't in an accident. I am paying for a car that still is not running right. It just stops and takes 10 minutes to start up again. I think they just took advantage of a 67-year-old woman and I am to blame too because I trusted them.

Salesman sold me a truck and a warranty that I was supposedly "Able to bring to any gm dealer and it covers everything". 29 days later truck died had "4 bad lifters and a bad oil pump". I specifically told them that there were other issues like Steady shake at 70mph, running boards not working, radio was intermittent, Trailer brake service light on, engine light, shifting hard occasionally. They called me back 1 month later said truck was good to go so I pick it up and they only fixed the lifters then tried to charge me for an oil pump left there and brought it to another gm dealer they would not except the warranty. Brought it back to Burritt told service manager still shaking at 70mph and the other issues were still there he told me "Dude do 75mph". Very inconsiderate and rude people to deal with. Here I am now 9 months later with a nearly 40 thousand dollar truck that wont start in my driveway.
