I bought a used car ****** Civic 2022, the seller was ****). Which started to malfunction the first week after I bought it, I took it to Nissan explaining that the car had no power and that the tire inflation sensor did not turn off. for a period of 4 weeks, I went to the dealership to complain about the same issues and they did not do anything about it.the 5th time when I took the car to them again, they tell me that the clutch had to be replaced and that I had just missed their Used sellers warranty and that I had to pay anywhere from 2000 to 3500 dollars to get it repaired. I think this is totally unfair since they refused to look after the car in the previous 4 weeks.I had no choice but to agree and have them repair the car. It has been 6 weeks since I gave them the ok to proceed and I still do not have the car in my possession, I ask them for a courtesy car given the fact that it was taking too long to have it fixed and they denied it because I had not purchased a Nissan from them but a different brand. It makes no sense to me since they, as a well-known company, should take care of the products they sell. Now after the 6 weeks they are telling me that when they put the car back together, they have all the light in the dashboard going off, that they cannot fix it and they now are taking the car to ***** to have it checked.I honestly think they should pay for the repair since they ignored and waited until the warranty expired to look at the car.I do not see how anyone would want to go back there to purchase any vehicles from them. They are not an honest company.

I have gone to Nissan 112 one time two many for service. Yesterday 4/25/24. l left to my daughters kicks for service at Nissan the radio was flicking. The kicks had a full 10 year elite warranty. My service consultant ************************** took the car in. He asked my granddaughter if she wanted the 30 thousand mile vehicle check, which she is ignorant and agreed, l dont have a problem the car needed it, he should have asked me, l question the $700 in addional service fees added. Having a 10 warranty. Why does Nissan bother to sell its customers warranty if its going to fictitious charge them on the way out the door and disregard the warranty. I will never purchase another vehicle again from Nissan,

From start to finish nissan112 was amazing they worked so hard to get me the lowest car payment possible that was within my budget. Their service manager was professional and the sales rep **** kept me in the loop every step of the way. He went over every detail of my new truck and made sure it was flawless on delivery. Thanks for a great experience

I have a 2021 Sentra. It started going through Oil like crazy with no leak. At first they say they warranty isn't valid because I didn't get my oil changes there. That is a lie. Once I showed them that, they wanted all receipts for my oil changes. I provided those. Then they tell me I am supposed to have oil changes every **** miles. ***** again. Their owners manual states every **** - ***** miles, and that was confirmed by their consumer department. I first dropped my car off August 21st. I was told they couldn't find anything wrong. They added oil, told me to drive it for 200 miles and come back. I dropped my car off again on September 5th. Been calling them everyday to get answers. I was told nobody can figure out the issue. On September 28th, we went in their fuming. Now they are trying to say there is sludge in the engine which only happens when you don't keep up with the maintenance (even though they have all the maintenance receipts). I have been told by 2 different outside mechanics that if it took them from August 21st to September 28th to find sludge, either they are lying to void the warranty, or their service people have no idea what they are doing. These crooks are doing everything possible to find a way out of honoring my warranty. It is now October 18th. I still don't have my car. ******* and *** from their service department consistently tell me they will call me back, and no matter how many messages I leave them, I never get a call back. I have even reached out to the ***************************, and have gotten no reply from them. No loaner car, so I have spent a couple thousand dollars on a rent a car, and I am still expected to make my payments even though I havent even seen the car in a month and a half. If you are looking for a car, DO NOT GO TO NISSAN 112!!!

      Hi *******,
It's extremely concerning that you feel that Nissan 112 is not honoring your warranty. Nissan corporate has denied your warranty claim and you are refusing to pay out of pocket, which is putting the dealership in a difficult position. As you have been repeatedly told by our service manager that, per your CARFAX, your first recorded oil change is at 42,305 miles; ****** over the recommended oil change schedule.

      Nissan's owners manual states:

      "CAUTION
If the oil replacement indicator is displayed, change the engine oil within
two weeks or less than 500 miles
      (800 km).
Operating your vehicle with deteriorated oil can damage the engine.
If your oil replacement indicator resets prematurely or becomes inoperative, please change the oil within
six months or ***** miles (***** km)
      from your last oil change."

You now have severe sludge in your motor, which only occurs from none or improper maintenance. When Nissan originally asked for receipts for the oil changes you claimed to have done, you provided hand written receipts from a gas station. If, in fact, they did perform your oil changes, they may or may not have changed the filter with the proper filter and/or used the proper oil. If an improper filter or inferior/incorrect oil is used it would cause sludge to develop.
With the knowledge that you would be responsible for the bill if Nissan denied the warranty claim, you still refused to authorize the work that needed to be completed to verify the extent of the damage to your motor, Nissan 112 has exhausted every attempt to assist you and has gone above and beyond trying to help you but you insist on posting multiple negative reviews with inaccurate information and not taking any responsibility for the situation you are in.

      Thank You,

      ***********************

10/I will continue here. What the owner said is just plain untrue. I dropped off receipts for every oil change from the same mechanic I have used for years. He even did all the oil changes and any repairs I needed on my previous Altima that I got from Nissan 112, and eventually traded in to Nissan 112 to get this Sentra. My oil light has never gone on until this problem started, and I brought it right in. On August 21st, the mechanics at 112 sent me home saying they couldn't find an issue and to drive it for a few hundred miles and bring it back. I brought it back on September 5th. Never heard from them again until September 28th, then claiming there is sludge in the engine. Any mechanics reading this? Every mechanic will tell you that if your staff takes 2 different trips and over a month to detect sludge, you need better mechanics as that is something that would be identified pretty quickly. Maybe a better explanation is that since you guys sent me home with the car instead of identifying or fixing the issue, the problem got worse, or from lack of attention from your guys, it became far worse. As for as the "engine teardown" you guys require. You say if the car isn't covered, I will need to pay for that myself. After 2 month of a rental car, and 2 months of car payments for a car you guys still have, I am not paying you another cent. You can try to say anything you like on here to try and save face. I don't really care. Nissan 112 is a company who doesn't care about its customers once the car is sold or leased. I at random times will stand on the public sidewalk out front of your dealership, and tell every person walking into your sales department my story. They can them make up their own minds.

Also, carfax only shows when a place reports an oil change. 98 percent of service stations dont report to carfax when they do oil changes. You asked for receipts and received them. So, you never questioned my oil changes on my Altima, but on my 2021 I went *****, or whatever you said miles without an oil change??? Please, give me a break. Obviously, you're just trying to save face for your terrible dealership. I gave you receipts. I came in and your guys sent me home with the car because they couldn't find a problem. I am thousands in the hole for a rental car and car payments that I am still making. Be a man instead of a corporate robot and do the right thing. If you do, I will add that to my review, but until then. I will keep putting reviews out, and telling anybody thinking of buying or leasing from you my story. Its up to them who they believe, but if I have to decide, I wouldnt go to a dealer when I have doubts when there are plenty of good dealerships to go to. My husband and I were both in desperate need of new vehicles. We had gone to other local dealerships before going to this location. I was blown away by the difference in customer service. Every other business in the area that we visited, made ** feel like they would try and trick ** into buying a vehicle instead of helping ** meet our needs. We were greeted the second we stepped foot in the door. We dealt with ***** who was so knowledgeable and caring. He only showed ** cars that we asked to see, not once did we feel like we were being pushed in any direction. As a woman, I felt very much respected and heard by *****. He made me feel super comfortable and heard which was not happening at the other dealerships. I would 100% recommend Nissan 112 to everyone. We were able to leave with two new vehicles that were sold to us at a great price, with great coverage, and both of ** fully knowledgeable of all the bells and whistles our new cars have. I have never felt more comfortable in a car dealership in my life.

i had an appointment at 4PM today for a recall and oil change. As soon the service advisor ( a tall man . sorry i couldn't get his name) asked my phone number, he found a bad review from me from 3 years ago and all conversation changed. He first said the recall couldn't be done due to time (i agree to go back tomorrow morning) and since i questioned why to make appointments knowingly that the service couldn't be performed, He simply said for ME TO FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. BECAUSE I SHOULDN'T BOTHER TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY. Its the most bizarre situation. I thought they are in the business of provide good service not RETALIATE FOR REVIEWS.

During our search for our new car, we did go to other dealers, and we were extremely disappointed in our experience. No one would give us a price to lease info without ** being haggled with questions like do you have a trade in, or some other useless questions. We found Nissan 112 website and found it very user friendly and had the most inventory. As soon as we walked in, we were Greeted by a receptionist and ********** took it from there. And I can truly say it was the best car shopping experience ever and I even asked what's the catch this is too easy!! I wish I needed another car because, it was a great experience! *********** will be another Nissan and from this dealership!

I don't normally write reviews, but after reading all these negative reviews I thought I would write one. I had a very POSITIVE experience at Nissan 112. I originally leased my 2017 Rogue from another Long Island dealer. The price for a new lease was way out of line so I tried the buy-out option. They added $2,000 to the buyout price for an extended warranty that was mandatory so they could sell me a certified preowned vehicle. They would not let me buy it for the buy-out listed on the lease agreement. I was told to read the fine print, there are other fees involved. To me that was not a "fee", that would have been a warranty "purchase". Long story short, I went to Nissan 112, was told the buy-out price listed would be the actual buyout, with no mandatory warranty fee aded. The salesman, **** *, then said he could put me in a new lease at a similar cost to the buyout (unlike the previous dealer who was over $100/month more than the buy out cost). We agreed on the lease payment, and I made an appointment to pick up the car the next day. I assumed, as what normally happens when you meet with the Finance guy, that there would be some additional fees I was not aware of. But there wasn't. As someone who has purchase/leased many cars during my lifetime, it was the first time that did not happen. It was truly a sign and drive! The first and only time I truly had a good experience in buying/leasing a new vehicle!!
