This company stopped answering the telephone and emails two weeks ago. When from friendly to nonexistent in a day. The telephone also transfers to the owners cell number but that mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. I got a real bad feeling about this company.

If asking questions prior to hiring a business gives you a bad feeling than I have to stop and wonder why.Review from Dorota E.

Originally I was impressed by ******** a clean cut plumber and a very fair price estimated.His employees are Very pleasant young men but do not present as experienced. New boiler was installed and soon after, sprung a leak.2-3 weeks until finally ******* answered me..first leak fixed and a 2nd leak was noticed above the bolt that was just fixed. 3+ weeks of calling and messaging with no response. Finally, I was being forced to inform him of the measures I would be taking on Monday and suddenly the guys came to fix the 2nd leak. Well, that was a mistake. I should have gotten a different plumber and then billed Friendlys! ******* should have come out to observe and maybe educate his employees how to improve their work. No leaks as of yet but boy do I now have one ugly scene in the positioning of my boilers. One boiler stands nicely straight and the one recently worked on is now standing crookedly like an eye sore! This was the most exhausting 2 months of my life. Coming home from work every morning to empty containers of water leakage. Three reminders and to this day he has not emailed me a receipt as promised. I have a one year warranty. ??I will never call this company again!
