Date of transaction: 07/10/23,I had called the jeep dealership in reguards to my two warranties the powertrain warranty and the extended warranty. i explained to the customer service over the phone, i had purchased the 2015 jeep patriot used with ****** miles in 06/2018. I was told by the ********************* who sold me the vehicle, both warranties would be extended and most things would be covored including center console. I had explained this to the woman over the phone, and she told me my power train warranty expired in 2020 - meanwhile the power train warranty supposed to me for 5 years or ******* miles from TIME OF PURCHSE NEW OR USED. i bought my jeep used in 2018 i reminded that to her she did not seem to care. and she told me my extended warranty expired in 2021, while every thing was closed due to *** Covid restrictions where most places were closed including dealerships with garage mechanics which who were considered vital worker during the pandemic. The extended warranty suppose to be extend over the power train warranty. Now my resolustion:1. replace my jeep horn - which is broken and COVERED under the warranty.2. fix and replace my center console which the saleman said it was covered under the warranty.Business response

All Service contracts and warranties are from the original in service date of the vehicle. Not an additional from when 2nd buyer purchases. If it is indeed expired it is beyond our control as we are not the service contract company.We are sorry the customer cannot understand this.
