I purchased a 2012 ***** ***** from Y & H Auto Planet on 8-2-2023 for $14,170. The car didn’t turn over on 8/2 when I tried to drive away, Ali A*** said it was because it was sitting for a while and he guaranteed it was in full working order with no issues. On 8-7-23, I tried to drive the car but it wouldn’t move forward and was jumping every time I tried to put it in drive. I brought it to my family mechanic who said I was lucky I didn’t get in an accident because my calibers were seized. He fixed it and then we had to fight with Y&H to pay for the cost. On 8/20/23 I went to turn my car on and it wouldn’t turn over. I purchased a battery later that day and got it to start. No payment received. On 8/22/23 I was still having the same issues from 8/20 and my mechanic told me it was my alternator and it would need to be replaced before I could start my car again. Again we had to fight for a few days to get payment for this. On 9/18/23 my car wouldn’t operate at all, there was a knocking sound and it was towed to my mechanic, the whole fuel pump needed to be replaced. We did receive payment after a little while. On 11/14/23 I noticed a grinding noise and while I drove down a hill I heard something snap. I got home and called my local ***** Dealership, brought the car in on 11/15 and they said a whole handful of things including loose Motor mounts, broken axel and fuel pump all needed to be replaced among many other things that would cost upwards of $7500 to fix. The mechanic called y & h spoke with Ali A*** and asked him who looked at the car before purchase, he wouldn’t give a name and argued that I have had issues since May (but the car was bought in August) ultimately Ali hung up on my mechanic and is refusing to help in any way. He was very argumentative and did not provide good business. I am very upset with their business and the amount of money needed to repair, I am a single mother of 3 and unable to afford to pay this amount. I drove it less than 3000 miles.

Hi,Car was purchased on 8/1/23 as can be verified on the attached bill of sale and car came with 30 days 1000 miles powertrain warranty which is covered under state law ( customer did not buy any extended warranty plan ). It was one owner car and was serviced at ***** dealership for all the maintenance throughout by 1st owner which can be verified through the ****** report. After the purchase of the car customer drove back to Massachusetts and got the safety and emissions inspection done in Massachusetts at the facility of the customer's choice. It passed both safety and emissions ( Attached is pic where it can verified ). Car should be in perfect working order in order to pass inspection and passing inspection means the car was working fine at the time of inspection. Almost one week later , they approached us that it was making a grinding noise and their mechanic recommended replacing the calipers which got seized we paid for it out of courtesy even tho it’s wearable item can go bad anytime ( attached is receipt ). Almost 13 days later they approached again that they were having issues with battery and alternator and their mechanic replaced both parts and we took care of the payment again wearable item.  Almost month and half later they called with the issue of car not starting and mechanic recommended fuel pump and we paid out for it again wearable component which Can malfunction anytime in new or used car attached is receipt. Till this point car went to mechanic three different reasons and customer never complained about any of the suspension-related components. It’s used car and gonna need regular maintenance with regular driving. We have paid almost $1900 in repairs so far. It’s been more than 3 months and more than 2500 miles so just out of courtesy we only help with parts.Customer can give us call directly. After this we aren’t looking to assist any further.Thank you Ali A***
