The person I talked to was rather rude. I tried to tell him no thank you I’m not interested and he kept pushing. So I hung up on him. He then started calling me and leaving voicemails. Then the texts started and finally I said I was reporting him to the Better Business Bureau. He then texted me stop so I texted back I was reporting him.

We paid the initial $550 upfront to start the service with AllChoice. When we finally received the modem, it was refurbished. It showed up with no instructions, damaged old box and the modem has never worked. Finally, we decided to go for a replacement modem. We received it which was entirely different than the first one. The first one had 2 antennas and this one has 6. It is however refurbished as well and has some food / sticky residue stuck to it. However, when we initially asked for them to send out the 2nd modem, due to a brand new address, it doesn't register in their system for USPS shipment so had to be sent out via UPS or Fed Ex. We were told that this is a nightmare because they were having to leave their office to send it out. Not a good way to do business for us. The modem was suppose to show 5 bars and the most we ever got was 1 sometimes 2, but usually just 1. We did walk around our home as instructed and it didn't change a thing. We put both modems back in the box and shipped them out. We didn't even make it thru our trial period & was sent a bill before our trial period was up then locked out of our account, because we didn't have auto pay set up. It was always a hassle and nothing like what we were told we were signing up for.
