This company washes there hands when they are confronted by the family members who they fail to achieve the level of care and service promise, it’s most easy to tell people give us a call and we can help you to find another program or agency that can accomplish what you are requesting, now I ask, why Angels in your Home don’t take responsibility of their failures and wrong doing, and I have a lot to say about that…. Right Mr. Vice President? I would love to seat down with the real owner of Angels in Your Home so things are not keep hide from him and knows the reality of Angels in your HomeReview from Andy W

If you have a loved one with a disability, want to keep them in their home safely, and want professional, licensed home care, then Angels in Your Home is not the place. They are very unprofessional, fail to send an aide to your home, and fail to communicate with the family when an aide is not coming. They also fail to find a replacement aide. On the rare occasion when an aide does show up, the aide has no background knowledge of the person they are taking care of. Would you want this level of care for your loved one?

Thank you for your feedback. We take our responsibility to care of those in our charge seriously and I apologize if we have not met your expectations. My understanding is that you or your loved one may be enrolled in the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program, or CDPAP. In this program, the individual family takes on the responsibility to recruit, train and schedule their aides, in exchange for the freedom to hire whomever is desired, including family members. Angels would have no ability to know if an aide was calling off, and we are not allowed to send replacement aides. Angels In Your Home does service other ******** based programs where we do have aides on staff, we do the scheduling, and we communicate with the family when an aide calls off, and would work to send a replacement. We're happy to assist you in answering any questions you have about these other programs and if that would be a good fit for your family.
