      I am livid that I have to go these measures and I will not stop. I have called the hotel and asked to speak with a manager who never called back. During my business trip, there was no Wifi available at this hotel at all for me to work on a business trip as promised AND housekeeping walked in my room on me unannounced TWICE. The construction our front is TERRIBLE and you have to go through a maze just to enter the building. The place is trash and my experience was terrible. No wifi alone was bad. I was unable to work and was on a business trip. One elevator did not work. Very beat up hotel that needs remodeling and to train housekeeping on privacy. I had to extend my stay in Rochester and go to another hotel for 2 days to complete my work assignment.  Date: 4/7/23 check in= 4/9 check out- 2 nightsAmt Paid: $257.80 What committed to provide:Nature of Complaint:read above Has business tried to resolve: booked via ********** and paid at the hotel so I was told I must go through the hotel for a refund but the hotel manager never returned my call.       I am working on connecting with ********** to get Mrs. ********’s refund taken care of. I am very sorry for the delay in getting this rectified but the previous General Manager is no longer working for usand he was responsible for taking care of all Third Party Booking refunds.
      I am very disappointed that Mrs. ******** had a very unpleasant stay with us and I am committed to working with the Booking site to authorize the refund and/or rebate back to her. 
      All that needs to be done at this point is for Mrs. ******** to contact ********** again and have them reach out to me at my extension to authorize the refund. It is my hope that we get connected right away to make this happen. I will do my part for sure."

      I booked a 3 night stay at this hotel 2.5 months prior to arriving on the official company website and I was called less than a week until my arrival and was told that they overbooked and had to cancel my reservation with no compensation or alternative plan. It should be noted that they called me at 9:30 pm and left no message. I had to call them back to see why the number called twice. There was never a manager on duty to speak with. The email I sent to the general manager was never returned. I never got answers or help with my situation.

      I booked two rooms thru ********** for two nights at a costs of $593.12 total charged to my **** card. When my boss arrived, the rooms were in terrible shape and very unclean. My boss immediately went to the front desk to tell them they could not stay in such a filthy place, and they left. The hotel employees refused to discuss giving their money back due to being booked thru **********. I called ********** the following morning and was offered $148.28. Since we did not stay in this location and were on the premises less than 15 minutes, we should have a full refund.

      Response taken by phone:  The reservation was made through a third party booking site.  Once she requests a refund from the the third party, they reach out to me and I will approve the refund.  This is their policy.

      my********** claims to have attempted contact with this hotel several times and can not reach anyone. we are still without our money.
