Does not stand by his work. He lied to me when he installed my roof (for $17,000!), tearing down the heat wires I had on the edge of my roof, saying I wouldn't need them because of the precautions he takes to prevent ice dams. Now, in my third winter after, I have a hole in my office ceiling due to the ice dam that formed. Not only do I have to fix the roof, but I also have to patch my ceiling and paint my entire office to match the new paint. I called, texted and emailed Nick, the owner, but he did not respond to any of my attempts to contact him. I believe he is responsible for all this damage, but he seems to be avoiding my requests to talk with him.
