My husband and I have had an amazing experience with Wonder Windows! Every part of the company - finance, sales rep, contractors - have been wonderful to work with. Our sales agent Dave has been so kind and has answered all of our questions without hesitation. We could not recommend WW enough!

Totally recommend Wonder Windows! We have had now had 20 windows replaced and are extremely pleased with the results. Very professional and easy to work with from the sales staff, office staff and the installers. They kept us informed through the entire process and we had no issues. Love the quality of the windows!! Highly recommend!!

I Have had Wonder Windows install 30 windows in my apartment building. The last installation was 6/21/22 for the final 18 windows. When the crew came they found that the windows had been measured incorrectly and were TOO BIG for the openings. The service manager from the Buffalo office (Carl) came and after a heated exchange with the installers (Chris & Brian who were excellent) the windows were modified to fit. Fortunately 17 of those windows are just fine. The 18th window which is MY bathroom window began leaking air and “whistling “ very loudly in February 2023. Since then there has been 20 phone calls, 6 attempted repair visits, 6 promises that the window would be reinstalled or replaced. NOTHING has been done to solve that problem and I am still listening to this window “sing” when the winds blow above 20mph and that is a breeze in Buffalo!!! The customer service is almost nonexistent and I am still trying to get the window replaced. So much for their guarantee of great customer service. I am so disappointed because the other window installations went so well. I would have recommended them to anyone but I can’ do that anymore.

If you like being disappointed, frustrated and aggravated, then this is the company for you. We started our project with Wonder Windows in the fall of 2022. Today, January of 2024, it is finally finished. Are we happy with our windows? No. Are we exhausted from the numerous calls we've made and the many service visits? Yes. We've had one of our windows replaced three times because each time it's defective. The installers reek of cigarette smoke and actually told us we "bought cheap windows." Another installer left a bloody handprint on our wall. Their staff turnover is constant, so you never deal with the same person twice. If you value your sanity, do NOT go with Wonder Windows.

Had a front door and garage side door installed. Everything was phenomenal. We have a mid century modern house and salesman Brian was able to get us two quality doors that fit in perfectly with the style of the house. The installer, Charlie was a great guy who did quality work. I would recommend them highly.

We highly recommend Wonder Windows. Why? Wonder Windows was the only company which made it easy to find all the information we needed to make an informed decision! The salesman Chris, was very patient with us. He listened and answered all of our questions. The office staff at Wonder Windows was very attentive and kept us abreast of the entire production process. End result? We love our new windows! No drafts and the temperature in our house is consistent from room to room. If you need new windows, we couldn’t imagine any better company to go with than Wonder Windows!

I had 16 windows installed by Wonder Windows July 2023. It was a nightmare from the start. I ordered Okna double hung windows with full screens. Before my order was ready I contacted them and wanted to change to half screens. I paid extra for full screen. They contacted me back and said it's too late windows were already ordered. So I went back and forth with them and they ordered half screens. Received a call for install date, when it came time a totally different crew came, than what I was told. There were 3 sashes with huge scratches in the glass, and Im still waiting for replacements as of 1/30/2024. One of the windows didn't fit right so they "made" it fit. Now about the quality of windows and installation, VERY POOR. I started painting all the window trim in December 2023. In doing so I noticed how very cold it was by windows and I can literally feel air coming from trim around window and from window tracks itself. So the installation did a poor job of insulating and caulking around window. There was a piece of wood which had to fill in gaps from old windows which installers put in. Well EVERY piece had to be redone by me, because when they installed them it was warm out and they fit snug, now in the cold they shrink and are loose. I had to move each one and glue it, like they should have done. Window quality, VERY POOR, I could feel the cold coming from window and like I said before I can feel wind come through window track area. So I did a thermometer test , I took pictures but can't post on here. So the results are as follows. The outside temp was 19 and windy, inside was set at 71. So I went to wind facing window first, the glass was 55.5 at the track it was 40.7, and I can feel air coming through. BRRR! The none weather side the glass was 61.2 and the track was 50.4, with no wind. When sitting by the windows with the curtains open you can feel cold, very cold. I would NEVER use or recommend Wonder Windows or **** products.

I had 29 windows replaced by Wonder Windows. The entire experience was phenomenal including the installation which was completed in a quick and efficient manner. The best part is that the company truly cared how the project looked. They took the extra time to ensure that all the windows looked the same on the outside. They could have just installed the windows but their care in the final appearance of the house showed how much they cared. Truly went above and beyond. I am planning future projects to be completed by Wonder Windows. I cant recommend them enough to anyone looking to improve the look and performance of thier home.

Wonder Windows replaced my front door at my home and WOW what a difference! I never thought i'd be excited over a door... but a happy home / happy wife is a good life right? I wish I could upload a photo on the BBB to show everyone but from the entire start to finish of helping me choose a door based on style, color and what would hold up best against the sun blasting the front of my house all through the installation and how clean and professional they were at my house. I would absolutely 100% recommend them. I actually ended up getting my Windows done next too since they earned my business and trust with a new Door, now they can do my windows!

Wonderful experience with Wonder Windows! They installed new high quality double hung windows in all the bedrooms, and created an awning window in the kitchen (makes washing dishes so much better!) Every person we dealt with along the way was extremely professional and helpful. Cant say enough good things about Wonder Windows, will definitely be using them when we get the remaining windows replaced.
