Platinum Pest Control, Inc. At first they were great. They came monthly and honored there contract. Very friendly walked me threw everything they seen wrong and how to fix it. That was July 2023 till November 2023. Then it went down hill. For 7 months they stopped going into my basement. I called and was rudely told that it wasn't part of my service agreement. ??? How wasn't it part of it when Jeff Jr the son of the owner of the company put traps with poison down there. And filled holes with steel wool? How wasn't it part of the agreement? So I went down there just to see what I was dealing with. 5 dead mice and a dead chipmunk. I removed them. A new guy came a few weeks later and I said something to him and he had no clue about my complaint from a few weeks ago. He made a phone call and said nothing to me. Filled the bait stations and just left. I get an email a few hours later with my new invoice. Long story short. This company billed me for monthly for 1/2 the work that was agreed on. For 11 months.

I have attached the service agreement for your convenience.Yes, prior to the email exchanges (which I have copied below) Ms. **** did call me, and I explained to her that the basement was not part of our service agreement.  I am not sure what part of that Ms. **** is not understanding. She mentioned that we are "supposed to deweb and clean up any droppings". I do not know where she would have gotten that impression. We NEVER do that for any residential customer.I hope you can understand the situation from my email response to Ms. **** of what our scope of service is.Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help rectify this situation.Platinum Pest Control received an email from Ms. **** when she received her past due statement on July 1. Her response to us was: No thanksTill you honor your agreement I will not make any payments. I have printed off services  reports that clearly state  traps were put in my basement by you guys, and that x amount of mice were removed  from my  basement and that steel wool was put into holes that were found in my basement. Futher more it was not serviced from November  2023 till this day. And no clean has been done down there either. When your supposed to deweb and clean up any droppings. Thanks ******* ****.Our response was:*******,I’m sorry, but that is incorrect. Attached is the service agreement.  No where on that does it state we would be going in the basement, or that Jeff set traps that needed to be serviced.Jeff did the rodent control set up and the exclusion work.  The service was to do a monthly service of all exterior rodent stations, which we have done.We did not put any traps in the basement. That was the other company you had, they preexisted our set up. I can see all reports as well.  I see one time in November 2023 that my tech went in your basement, even though it is not part of our service for you.  Obviously you were home to instruct him to do so (he doesn’t work for me anymore so I cannot check with him on that). We do not de-web or clean up droppings.  That is most definitely not part of your service.4 of the exterior boxes you had were from the other company.  We provided 2 of them. Please promptly pay your outstanding balance, and we will no longer be servicing your account.  You can keep the 2 boxes we used for the set up.Sincerely yours,Amy S.
