I originally dropped off my vehicle to finish line auto December 11th. Before dropping my vehicle off I had a conversation with the owner Miles we talked about him replacing the timing chain. I was promised my vehicle would be done within a week providing I brought my own timing chain. A few days later I was contacted by miles who stated it wasn’t the timing chain it was a while in my transmission. After I purchased the transmission Miles stated another piece to the vehicle was needed which was the fly wheel. After I purchased the fly wheel I dropped it off to miles Jan 29th who then promised me my vehicle would be ready within a few days. But still I have no vehicle and he’s been continuously ignoring my calls and not answering. One point he said the vehicle was running but not shifting into gear so he had to program the transmission. When that happened he told me the vehicle was running but the battery died while his girlfriend was driving my car back from the dealer in Syracuse. Syracuse is where the transmission was programmed. After that he continued to ignore my calls and when I dropped into his shop he’s never there and the receptionist told me they couldn’t find my keys for me to take my vehicle. After I attempted to get my vehicle from him he’s not telling me that my engine has blown. With it being well over 90 days I would like some help to come to a resolution.
