I went out for Fathers Day, 6/16/24, to a nice dinner at this Texas Roadhouse location in ******,** with my family. Once the meal was over I used their machine to pay for dinner. The food in total came to 125.39+ a 10$ tip, the machine charged me ******. Im not sure if I hit a wrong button or if the machine glitched. I brought this to the servers attention who then turned me towards the manager to assist with the refund. The manager had told me she canceled the transaction and had started the refund process in full and I would then need to pay again. I then paid a second time of ****** as was initially intended. The refund I was told would take 3-5 business days. I called yesterday 6/27/24 and was told that the machine needed to update and therefore the refund hadnt been processed and would need an additional 3-5 business days. At this point, its been 2 weeks and I ve been told its going to take additional time and at this point I wonder if Im going to even receive this refund of ******.Customer response
