I place an order for plastic vertical blinds, I already have vertical blinds, but I wanted to replace them. The total price is $1950, I put a down payment of $1500. I asked the person who came to my house for the measurements how long would it take because I was going to have people coming to my house for September for my great granddaughters birthday. I was told it would take 3-4 weeks. Once the 3-4 weeks past, I tried to call to check on the order. I couldnt reach anyone on the phone, I tried several times, when I did get someone on the phone it was the women who answers the phone and I was told someone would get back to me. This happened on numerous attempts. I was told that the warehouse is closed, and then I was told it was the Jewish holiday. I didnt receive a call until October, I told them I didnt want the blinds and I wanted my money back, I said this in September. I am 78 years old and I am on a fixed income I dont have money to just give a company and not receive what I paid for. I am also questioning the price that they are charging me.Customer response
