On the 12 November of this year I placed an online order for a T-shirt as a Christmas gift for my sister. The website terms of the business state that the order will be shipped in 4 days. I paid $58.48 USD for the item. It is now coming up to 5 weeks and I have received no word that the item was sent. The website still shows that payment was accepted and nothing more.I have tried contacting the business numerous times, via both ************** At one point I received an email apologising for the inconvenience and saying that the item is in transit and that a tracking number would be emailed shortly. That was a week ago and no follow up email was sent. When I call, the phone rings out and you are asked to leave a message.Doing a ****** Search shows many other complaints of a similar nature and some allegations of copyright infringement against the company.Customer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Clothing Monster regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
The package was suddenly sent but didn't arrive until after Christmas. In the time between contacting you and Christmas time, I was able to find the item at a different site and purchased it instead. The item arrived on time and was used as the Christmas present.
After receiving the package I left it unopened and initiated a return, in order to get a refund, by following the instructions, (See attached JPG). However when I get to the part where I register the return and get to the waiting for confirmation point, it tells me the request has been registered, but I can't complete the process until it has been "confirmed". After almost two weeks there has been no confirmation and it appears they are ignoring it and I can't return the item and get a refund.

I ordered two t shirts one on 7/7/22 and one on 19/7/22 I eventually received the later one ,but have never had the other one I have sent dozens of emails ,but still no shipping date ,and niw rhey are ignoring my e mailsInitial Complaint

Delivery issue: May 22, 2022 I ordered a Big Face Newfie T-shirt XL, Mottled Black for the total cost of $36.90, tracking number: *********. The charge to my card went through. I was promised an emailed confirmation (which didn't arrive) and that the order would ship in 2-5 days. It did not ship. I sent 2 separate emails to their customer service asking for help with the order - no response. I also called their phone number, but there was no answer. I'd really like to know what happened to my order, but I'll be happy with a complete refund.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.Their customer service emailed me to offer I choose any other shirt to order or that they refund my purchase. I requested the refund and they followed through with that request. The refund cleared this morning (within 5 days of my request).

They (Clothing Monster) are a scam outfit & stole over ***** from me by not sending me the t-shirts I ordered from them!

Ordered a shirt on/27/2022, got a confirmation e-mail immediately saying product would be shipped within 3 days. Have not received anything else from company. They will not respond to e-mail or phone calls.
