On July 23rd I met with ******* from Changes, at that time I bought a 14 week package for $600. My next appointment was on July 30th in which she cancelled stating she had to take her mom to Sloan Kettering. I had no issues with that and we rescheduled for August 6th ! We met on the 6th and scheduled my next appointment for August 13th. On August 12th I received a text stating that she had to attend to urgent family matters and she would reach out in a couple of weeks, I responded almost immediately that it would be better if she just refund me my money, did not hear back from her. I waited another 3 weeks and texted her again, no response. Texted her again today and no response. I want my money back - this is so unprofessional and totally unacceptable.Customer response

I have been a client of *************************** since May 13, 022. Paid for an 8 week session ($360 half credit card, half cash) which included weekly visits, getting weighed in, updated measurements recorded and a txt everynight to review my meal plan for that day.After the 8 weeks session finished, I paid $300 cash for an additional 8 weeks in July 29. I had a scheduled appointment Aug 3 with ******* at ****************************************. I received a txt from ******* on Aug 1, for health reasons, she had to cxl our appt. I have not been in contact with ******* since. No response to txt messages, ******** messages, or regular mail requesting that if she cannot honor her transaction I want to be refunded my $300.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:I filed a complaint #******** and closed the complaint because I thought it was resolved. I did receive a check for $300 that bounced on Sept 9, 2022 and I also got hit with a $10 fee. I now want to be refunded $310. I have reached out to Changes and have not received any response.
