Majestic was mostly paid in advance for the production of my wedding video with a small amount due upon delivery. My wedding was 6/26/2021 and my video has not been delivered. The vendor continues to ignore my requests for information.Initial Complaint

I hired **** (owner of Majestic Creative) to video my wedding on 8/5/2021. I paid ***** for his service on the day of my wedding. around December of 2021 I started sending him text messages and leaving voicemails asking about the progress of the video and received no response to any of those attempts. on 2/24/2022 my husband emailed him and asked why he hadn't been responding to his wife's messages and we would like to know the status of the video. Again no response. Another e-mail and voicemail was left by my husband on March 3, 2022. **** finally responded with an excuse of a death in the family. On May 21st, 2022 we were finally e-mailed a draft copy of the video to make edits and or revisions. On June 20, 2022 I emailed with my request to collect the raw footage of the wedding reception only. I was very unhappy that the entire reception was a 5 min mix of dancing clips. We heard nothing back from this last email on June 20th so on July 27th my husband reached out by phone and email again demanding we get a response. **** responded immediately and asked to speak to us to explain why he hadn't been providing his services. He claimed that he was going through a messy divorce and that our hard copies, with the raw footage of the reception would be sent out at the end of August 2022. on 9/23/2022 when nothing was received, I reached out and **** responded by stating that the package was sent and he didn't know why it wasn't received. He would check on it by Sunday 9/25 and now on 9/27 I still have not heard from him. I paid for a service over a year ago and I still have not received what I paid for. I would like the hard copy sent to me , as promised, and a refund of ***** for the anguish he has caused hunting him down for the past year.Customer response
