We have never done any business with a person with this name going back 10 years.

Scott ****** is a thief, the said comments and reviews are all true to Facts the same happen to me,No Good To Do Business With, He is A Smooth Lying Conning Thief, Never Paid Me My Money,The small d in ****** is Real.

In light of **************** recent review, it is necessary to present a clear and factual account to address his allegations.Mr. Scott ****** has rigorously adhered to all agreements made with ************. This includes the full settlement of any financial obligations and the return of all items that were under our custody as per our contractual agreement. Upon completion of our services, ************ confirmed in writing that he had received every dollar owed to him and that all his items were returned in satisfactory condition.Despite our persistent efforts to resolve any additional concerns amicably, ************ has not provided substantial evidence or specific details to support his claims. The only grievance he initially expressed pertained to the auction sale price of four posters, a matter inherent to the unpredictable nature of auction sales.Further complicating matters, ************ later alleged that several dolls were missing, presenting photographs of items taken at a location we never had access to or responsibility for. We find this accusation particularly troubling as it mirrors a pattern observed in Mr. ***** previous dealings with another business, where he claimed theft of items from a rented location and subsequently initiated legal action, a case which he lost.This pattern of behavior and unfounded allegations against our company points to a concerning trend. **************** actions have escalated to a harassment campaign across various platforms, which we have reported to the authorities. We maintain our stance of addressing any legitimate business concerns with utmost seriousness, but the persistent spread of defamatory and false statements by ************ is both unjust and damaging to our reputation.We stand firm in our commitment to ethical business practices and regret that **************** experience did not meet his expectations. However, we categorically refute his baseless accusations and remain dedicated to upholding the highest standards of service and integrity in all our client interactions.

He emptied my house as agreed never lived up to our agreement & never offered any receipts many items missing & has to report now to state police civil & if not resolved criminal action to follow My insurance company will be conducting a full ****************** doesnt offer anything except th auction didnt Sell much of my items He has stolen &o r hidden any & all transactions except 1 He should not be trusted & refuses to return call Legal action Will follow

We live in a very strange world. While we have hundreds of happy, repeat consignors a year, certain people have a belief that they are better than the rest of society and therefore can do what they wish, and despite what a signed contract means, feel they are not bound by it. I would hope that those reading this persons review, reads this fully, and then follows us to see how it resolves in a court of law. This client despite signing off on everything that was consigned and returned, getting paid for sold items and signing off on the accounting for that, was upset due to the fact we did not want to present any further items on his behalf. With over 300 emails in less than 90 days, repeated demands to increase prices, misrepresentation of items to the extent that I expressed my concerns to his insurance company (that he put me in touch with since he wanted a higher value placed on several of the items consigned), to ask us to find items which originally had been deemed not sellable and agreed to be brought to a dump, to painting a wall on his house when we removed a sign, and then not donate a few (4) stained towels to an animal charity because we did not get a donation receiptThe claim that he has made regarding stole is slander, his attempt to falsely represent items to his insurance company has been reported, and even though he believes himself to be above the law, due to being privileged, we have and will continue to post supporting documents, emails, and phone conversations, along with the lawsuit we will file against him. I have been informed by the attorney that the charge would be Libel, not slander.

After aka * ************************ had contacted me, we supplied them with all of the information. With that said, they are now aware that he was trying to again perpetuate. This compounded by the other litigation he has against him, at the time of this investigation, it is Mr. **** who will probably be spending a lot of time in court. Missing expensive items remain & photographs of said items remain intact Iron clad pots full set plus artwork plus rug of considered value & both insurance companies will continue to subjugate as he clearly withheld transparency no receipts were ever offered & he doesnt deserve a bbb status rather he is questionable & had done this before when trusted He isnt forthright & should b held accountable
