I went to The York bar in Syracuse on 7/30/2022 and was over charged when I went to close my bar tab. The bill was $190 when it should’ve only been $120-$130. The bartenders refused to do anything about it and told me to call the next day. I looked at my bank account the next day and they took $220 out of my account ($30 extra onto my already over charged bill, I’m assuming for a tip and I never left a tip because the bartenders refused to take off the drinks I never had). I’ve been calling the bar for the past 3 days with either no answer, put on hold to be hung up on, or to be told the manager isn’t in. I would like a refund for the money I shouldn’t have had to pay.Business response
