We had a new wall boiler installed in December 2023. The unit was installed by 4 Power Now. We have a problem with the boiler and have contacted 4 Power Now via text messages and phone calls on numerous occasions requesting a service call to correct the problem. 4 Power Now has refused to acknowledge our request for this service call. We have not received any communication from the principle owner as they have blatantly refused to service their defective product which is under warranty.Business response

BBB spoke to Amanda at the business and the following was relayed: The unit is making a noise but it is not affecting operation. I am going to prioritize the customer and contact them to schedule for the middle of next week.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. BBB spoke to the customer and the following was relayed: I do not accept the business response, there is a problem with the boiler they installed that did not exist with the prior boiler or initially with the new one. Amanda has not called or contacted me as she said she would, the business has not addressed by the middle of the week as they stated to BBB. Regards, ****** *******Initial Complaint

In April 2022 Amanda Tallman (owner of 4 Power Now) came to our home and provided a quote to install our generator. A few weeks later this was paid in full and the install was completed with the exception of a WiFi remote monitoring component. This component/part was not shipped with the generator due to low inventory/availability because of COVID-19. Amanda instructed us to contact her/the company when this component/part arrived to our home and it would be scheduled for install. The WiFi remote monitoring part arrived many weeks later and we contacted Amanda. Many calls, texts, and emails later this part is still not installed, and she has only responded to one email. We would like this job completed and the part installed. My husband ****** ******, can provide proof of payment if needed.Business response

On August 21, 2021, I entered in an agreement with 4-Power now and the ******* companies to purchase and install a home generator. A person representing 4-power now wrote the agreement on a ******* Document. The total purchase price, including installation was $5633.87. I wrote a check for a down payment of $1500.00. I was told it would be installed in about 2 months (no specific date was given). This was on a Saturday. I made the check out to 4-power now and gave it to the 4-power now rep (Her name is Amanda Tallman). That following Monday, 8/23/2021, Amanda Tallman cashed my check by endorsing it with her name, not the name of the company, or not "for deposit only." This immediately raised a flag that something was not right with this transaction. I repeatedly tried to contact the company to get a definite installation date. I sent e-mails and left phone messages with no response to either. On October 4th, this Amanda Tallman finally answered her phone and advised me that they would Definitely install the system on Dec. 3rd,2021. About a week before that date, I tried numerous times to contact them again, with NO responses to e-mails or phone messages. To date, their phone system will not accept any more messages and have had no responses to any e-mails in over 5 months. I notified 4-power now that I was requesting my down payment back and if not received within 5 business days I would pursue legal action for my down payment, attorney fees and, file a lawsuit for committing fraud. To date, I have had no response. (Not surprised). I feel I was de-frauded from day one by this company. I have all the e-mails, copy of the contract and dates and times of phone calls. I am totally prepared to sue this company so that no one else has to be a victim.
