Went to this place of business (Mattress Mania) and purchased a queen size mattress set at the end of June, 2022. Reached out in July as the store sales person stated it was probably going to take a couple of weeks. The store was closed even though it was during business hrs. After phone calls every day (alway received a voicemail), and driving to the store a couple of times a week, which is about 8 miles from where I live, I was finally able to catch the owner towards the end of August at the store. He stated that there was a delivery hold up but if I didn't want to wait, he would put my money back on my card, it should show in the next day or two. I agreed to that as I was having guests and still needed a bed. To this day, September 23, 2022, I have not received my money and I am back to going to the store 2x a week (no one is there) and calling every day (no one ever answers). All I have wanted since July, 2022 is my money back.Initial Complaint

06/02/2022 I went to purchase a King size mattress and box spring. I was told that the items would be delivered within two weeks of the purchase. I still have not received my items. I went to the store about three weeks ago spoke to Mr. B***. He stated that my items would be delivered on 08/19/22 now including fee delivery. Since then, I have called Mr. B*** and he will no longer take my calls and refuse to refund my money.
