Had bats in my attic, August 2022. Hired the owner who used to run this company to resolve the issue. He sent out 2 employees, they quoted me and did the job. Unfortunatley the owner passed, but his son took over the company. I needed to have them return in early summer of 2023 as the bats returned to my attic. They gave me a 2 year gaurantee on there work in writing. I first called them in June, they stated they would be over. They showed up, inspected and confirmed fresh bat droppings in my attic. They stated they would be back the next week to try again. They did not return. I called again in August. Again they came, inspected and left, stated they would return once again the following week..once again they did not. I became aggravated as I had spent $1100 on practically nothing. I posted a bad review on there facebook business page. 2 hours after I posted they showed to do the job. The owner left me another receipt stating he put a one way door on a section of my roof. Time went by, the bats have appeared to leave, however I could not get them to come back to remove the door and seal the hole. I contacted the owner twice on facebook stating to him that my home was being sealed by an insulation company and they needed him to come finish his job. He never showed. As I write this the insulation company is here, they finished his job for him. Come to find out the 'bat door' he used was something he made himself, which fine if it work but not professional. I will be taking this company to small claims court as I have saved all messages and phone records and pictures of the work. Never againBusiness response

The work for this job was completed and all of our one way doors are homemade. He stated in his complaint that the bats are gone and the house was sealed up. I have gone out there every call that was received.Customer response

I entered into a written AND verbal contract with Eddie to set traps, dispose of of catches, and apply a (Rat-Wall) around the perimeter of my my deck and enclosed porch last year, 2021. This is a (2) year warranty that he has NOT upheld his obligations. I had to (maintain the operation of the trappings and calls to collect any catches) since the beginning of entering into the contract, 8/8/2021. It had been expressed on several occasions that I was NOT pleased with his service and I had to call my credit card company to step in to decline last payment due to his lack of putting up (Rat-Wall). The excuses of not having enough traps, the distance to travel, his phone not operating, AND not "knowing" to check on the traps has been beyond ridiculous. I have paid IN FULL for his services and I have to call REPEATEDLY to set traps, bring bait, collect catches and repair damage done by the animals! I called late fall to remind him that he left an empty cage and never picked it up- I called twice to tell him that I have been observing the woodchuck digging and causing damage AGAIN this Spring. When I called yesterday, he made NO ATTEMPT to come to my home and I had to call him this morning to get a traps set up to catch the woodchuck. Eddie did send his son and JD to set a few traps and I told them that Eddie "promised" that they will do DAILY checks on the traps from today on! It is very sad that I told him that I would contact you if they did not have someone here today in a half hour. I want to state that they did appear within the half hour and (4) traps are set! I hope I do not have to contact you again.Business response

Better Business Bureau: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. At the "present" time, the business has appeared at my residence daily since April 22, 2022- after (2) phone calls were made, reminding the owner that we will NOT have a repeat of the past year, and I expect a daily check on the traps. Again, like in the Fall, unfortunately, they have missed the opportunity to trap the woodchuck because response was late and I have not had any sight of the woodchuck in 2 days- I was told it is mating season, so the woodchuck may be gone. I will reserve the right to express any judgment at the present time regarding the quality of service, but I am happy to report that I appreciate their efforts in working in a manner that is expected.
