I am enrolled in the Dupixent patient assistance program. Regeneron has had months to process my annual recertification for the program. I sent them my application a long time ago. I called them at ************ on 10-13-22 for an update. I was transferred to dead air and then a minute later, a survey came on the line. I then faxed Regeron but received no response. I called Regeneron today, 10/20/22. They said they received paperwork from the doctor's ****** on 10/11/22. Alarmingly, Regeneron had done nothing with it yet. I am supposed to take Dupixent on 10/24/22. If Regeron won't have Theracom send out a new dosage to receive by 10/23/22, then Regeron needs to send it out itself.Customer response
