On 4/2/23 I purchased ***** multi use lubricant for $11.99 plus shipping for $8 for a total of $19.99. I was charged immediately. I have tried multiple times and multiple ways to contact the business to get more information about when the product will be shipped. I have been unable to reach anyone and I have not received any communication from the business whatsoever.Business response

Mr. ****** was refunded $19.99 through *** ***. He should see a credit on his account now. This is a very popular item. As fast as it comes in it goes out. And I am limited on what I get in from *****. Sorry for the delay.Customer response

I ordered a ***** ********* *** ***** , and a ***** ********* ***** on May 12, 2022 for a total of $876.00. I have asked several times for a status on my order. They could not give me a ship date. I recently them to cancel the order and asked for a refund. I have not gotten a response. This vendor I know has a habit of this.Business response

June 17 2021 I ordered a Pedal Drive from them payment total $1003. Order # #88620. They advertised on their site they would ship within 2 days. I emailed on June 29, July 2nd and got no response to my email. I called several times and no one would answer or return my calls. I escalated my issue to paypal who I hand financed this through and finally got an email asking if I wanted to cancel the order. In the email they admitted they never had the pedal drive they sold me and did not know when they were expecting one. I replied that I did want to cancel the order and assumed it had been done. I recently found out this was never resolved and the amount was reapplied to my balance. The company still refuses to cancel my order, ship my order, return my phone calls, or respond to my email.Customer response
