ConEd Solutions (formerly **************) installed solar system on my roof 3 years ago. My invertor stopped working this summer and had to be replaced through warranty. The invertor's manufacturer confirmed that they delivered the replacement invertor to the installer (ConEd Solutions). Now, the ConEd Solutions is not responding and is unreachable in the past few weeks: all phones are leading to voicemails that are full and do not accept new messages. I filled the online request form a few days ago but never heard back. The person I worked with is no longer with the company and the emails are returned back to me. The company was nice and easy to reach when they were installing (i.e. wanted my money). Now, good luck getting any help.Customer response

I am set up with auto **** pay for my ConEd account. I now need to CHANGE my auto **** pay settings, since my primary bank account has changed. I am UNable to log onto the ConEd website. I tried to CALL ConEd and I was ON HOLD for OVER 50 minutes, and finally had to hang up. ConEd gave me NO OPTION to leave a message for a call back.So how am I supposed to pay my **** for next month if I can NOT access their website and if I can NOT get a hold of ConEd on the phone? And I suppose that if ************ **** pay is rejected by my bank (because my bank information has CHANGED, as I mentioned) that ConEd will then have the audacity to try and charge me a 'late payment' fee? I am therefore lodging an official complaint so that there is a clear record that I made every reasonable attempt to contact ConEd, but that they made it impossible for me to reach them.
