I was quoted a price and the day before pick up the price almost doubled. When I ask to cancel and for a refund he refused both. This is the worst experience I've ever had with a car transport company. How can I get my money back? No service was provided.

Complete scam artist. There goal Is just take your deposit. They give low quotes and have no intention to ship your car.

They are awful! I am working with Sophia and she lied about the price (the increased it half way through), they lied about the date (they came 5 days later), and they lied about the payment method. Never seen such a poorly run company. Do not use no matter what!

Great satisfaction I called the company foe an express shipping. We talked on phone about the pick up and the delivery addresses and the payment modalities. An hour later the driver was at the pick up address. Finally I got my car shipped and safe at the delivery address the same day. It was great. Thank you Mr Roger Williams

Horrible company. Refused my refund. I was quoted 850. Day of pick up it went to 2700. Then they gave me a “deal” for 2200. Lied and stated they refunded my money. It’s yet to be refunded.

Auto Ship Now LLC is a very bad company. They quoted me a price of $445 and later raise the price to $1200. If you say "no" to price increase they will say that you canceling agreement and will not complete refund. This is a scam!!!!! Please do NOT do business with this company at any time.

Upon dealing with car broker company Ship Auto Now LLC, my experience was nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. They unilaterally posted exorbitant rates on their dashboard for transporting my vehicle from Perkinston, MS to NC without seeking my consent. This decision left me unable to secure reasonable rates comparable to those offered by other brokers. When I reached out to address this issue and requested the removal of my listing from their dashboard, the customer service representative abruptly hung up in the middle of our conversation. To exacerbate matters, the following day, they increased the offers for drivers on the dashboard, effectively sabotaging my chances of obtaining a fair rate. This coercive and unethical behavior left me with no choice but to arrange for the transportation of my car back home personally. It is worth noting that the individuals representing this company often operate from outside the United States while misleadingly portraying themselves as based in the USA. I strongly caution against engaging with this company. If time permits, I intend to pursue legal action against such deceptive practices. Sadly, this is not an isolated incident, as several other companies have similarly mistreated me. Rest assured, I will share my negative experiences in the review section to warn others about their unscrupulous practices.

Signed a contract for $850 to transport my vehicle. But magically that driver cancelled a day after. After days of nothing, they said that they couldn't find a driver with a 10 car hauler just a 3 car hauler which would put my total at $2000. That drivers wouldn't do it for $850 cause they can't load as many vehicles and nobody will do it for $850. I gave him (Kevin G****) an additional 2 days to find a driver for the price he gave me and swore to me. Finally, on Monday after he couldn't provide the services he offered and i wanted to cancel he said "he'd help pay $200 out of his own pocket " But I needed to pay the last $1500. I wanted a refund of my $150 deposit. I could tell this wasn't working. But they said I'd have to pay $200, to cancel and get my deposit back. On top of it all they refused to take me of the Central Dispatch making it harder for me to go with another company. I chose not to pay, not knowing if I'd really get refunded. Steer clear of Ship Auto Now. Indian/Pakistan accents. I talked to Patrick and Kevin. Watch them closely. In fact don't use them at all. They are nothing but scammers....

Not only did Ship Auto Now double the price from $1100 to $2200 They are refusing to cancel the deal which prevents any other driver to ship the vehicle for us.
