I just checked my credit report and find a negative report from Central. service Bureau Re: a bill from ********* ******* ******* The bill for $326 was disputed with *** and has been paid in full. The negative report should be removed from my credit report

*** claims this bill has not been paid.  He made a payment in June 2019 to *** on a different bill.  As of 3/30/2023 the credit bureaus are no longer reporting medical debts under $500 so this complaint will cease to exist.

Better Business Bureau:  I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I have been over and over this issue with ***. I paid the bill in full in 2019. They claim the $326 was applied to another bill.  I had NO other bill with *** at that time.  The mistake is with their billing dept in Cary NC. I have the canceled check proving payment. They cannot tell me where the $326 was applied.  The bill is paid   Regards,  **** ********

Healthcare provider advises insurance was billed and paid their portion.  This balance is her deductible per the insurance company.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.  I was told that the procedure would be covered by insurance and they would accept that payment in full. I was a nurse at Carthage area hospital and the doctor said they accept my insurance as full payment. So I don’t know why it has changed  Regards,  ***** ****  Network and

Business relayed to BBB: Nothing has changed with her insurance for the procedure.  In 2019 there was a payment arrangement.  She asked for proof of her bill.  Her bill was paid in full by insurance but her deductible needed to be paid.  The patient is responsible for their deductible.  Her issue should be with her insurance company.

There is supposedly an outstanding balance of $86 for ********* ******* ****** from February 2018 it just hit my credit report April of this year (2022) and I have not received a single letter from the collection agency. I called ********* and they did not find any outstanding bills. I make a lot of money and would have no problem paying an $86 bill however I was unaware of any bill and apparently so is the business claiming I owe the money. In 2018 I had the best health insurance money goodbye with **** ***** and **** ******. The would have 100% paid the bill. I tried to find a website from the credit collection agency and they don’t appear to have one. At minimum it’s not advertised. I think that it is simply nuts that this old of a bill just hit my credit report. I only found out about this because ***** canceled my credit card because of my derogatory credit. This has caused damage to me because I use my ***** card daily, and pay it off as I go.
