Best Inn Wellsville is a joke and does not care about the well-being of its customers. On 11/11/2023 we had 4 rooms booked at the Best inn Wellsville Ny. Upon checking in we noticed the disgusting filth in all rooms. Broken window in rooms Stains on the windows, mirrors, walls, appliances. There was rust all over the showers, toilet was leaking on the floor, hole in the shower that was covered up with a ******* ****** cereal box. Holes in the wall that actually were able to see into the next room over. We immediately turned in all keys and left. Contacted the property numerous times and provided pictures and they stated they tried to get approval from the property to refund us but the property refused. *********** said their policy is if the property denies a refund then they have to stick with the property. Today 11/14/2023 i contacted *********** again and they said no refund will be given. Do i need to contact the attorney general office ad the health department to get resolutions. This place has been a joke to work with.Business response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. Nobody from the business (Best Inn) reached out to me to resolve anything. They never even offered an apology. According to the last message "from the property manager" he stated that he reached out to me with a way to get my refund. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. All i want is a full refund for the rooms that were booked and NEVER stayed in because of the disgusting filth of a condition. If they want to continue to waste my time and neglect a resolution then i will take it upon myself to contact the NYS Department Of Health and they can deal with the property. One step in the rooms that were assigned to us and the Dept of health will shut this business down. I WANT MY FULL REFUND !!! Regards, ***** *****
