In July I was was looking to sand and finish the floors in our new home. I was referred to ****** with Prestige Floor Restoration and he came to the house, took a look, and gave me a quote. I was happy with the plan and we went forward. I especially liked how assuring he was that the job would look seamless and be taken care of promptly. (I was literally 8 months pregnant at the time).we tore down a half-wall and I asked if the flooring could be replaced and fixed in that spot. he said yes, worked up an an updated quote, and assured me it would look good as new. we also removed our baseboard heaters and were told the wood floorboards with homes would be replaced. the updated quote included all those services. our floors were done and at first glance looked fine, but over the next month we discovered some issues. the floors where the wall was down down were separating, cracking, and moving downward. some of the holes form the heaters were n filled with putty rather than replaced as promised. I reached out to ****** and he assured me it would be fixed. we set several dates, but nobody showed up. eventually his workers did come to fix the floors, but the same problem happened again with the cracking and separation. again I reached out and nobody showed as planned. ****** ignored my many calls and texts, and when he did eventually agree upon a date to service our floors, his people did not show up over and over. after months of ***************, someone did again come to fix the floors. they looked great this time, but again started breaking shortly after. currently I am being ignored and have not been given a reply from ****** regarding the continuation of this issue.Customer response

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Prestige Floor Restoration regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I received a response from *********************** agreeing to reimburse me $200 (the cost of the repair that was not properly completed), however I have not received payment. I provided two options for him to send payment, and he has not since responded.
